    What is Competency-Based Education (CBE) and how is it changing the landscape of postsecondary learning? In this episode, we’re joined by Shawn Peck and Audrie Beary from Indian Hills Community College to explore what CBE really means, how programs gain approval through accrediting bodies, and the pros and cons of its credit structure. Since this recording in August, Indian Hills’ Industrial Maintenance program has officially been approved by the Higher Learning Commission as a CBE program—marking a major milestone in the college’s innovation journey.
