He has worked with the World Health Organization, World Bank, Pan American Health Organization, International Union Against Cancer, and numerous governments and foundations. David is also an Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa and at the Centre for Health Law, Policy & Ethics. He is also a Honorary (Consultant) Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham.
