Thank you all so much for watching :) Orange Curried Chicken And Rice: 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut up2 tsp. curry powder2 Tbs. olive oil2 Tbs. chopped onion2 c. chicken broth2 cloves garlic, minced1 1/2 c. orange juice1 c. long grain ricesalt and pepper to tasteSaute chicken, garlic, and onion until chicken is browned and onion and garlic are soft. Add broth, orange juice, and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add rice, turn down to low, and cover. Cook about 25 minutes, until rice is soft and most liquid is absorbed.
