Unable to sleep, Bo leans on his grandma to bore him to sleep. Bo's hometown is put under a beautiful trance, mature ladies jazzercise with pillows, the bunny council lectures on proper diets for your pet, and a young boy receieves a flat top haircut

Bo announces recent life updates and begins a record of sleeping viewers. The Poem Writer's of America pen a letter to protest the show's use of artificial intelligence to generate poems about sleep. A magician reveals his secrets, an aquascape artist entrances us with their meticulous work, and a frustrated deep sea diver searches for fish in a beautiful underwater seascape.

Bo receives fan mail from a young boy and Joe Biden, and lulls us to sleep with the simple beauty of pasta. Guest star Lady Roc (Raquel Wollard) does her legendary comedy set.....quietly.

Bo uses the visual aid of sweaty abdomens to fall asleep, plays his outgoing messages from the Sleep Show hotline, and interviews Rachel Kardos -- a Star Trek collector/screenwriter/Nora's Grandma

Bo hosts a pledge drive to increase funding for the program, offering a boat to all contributors. Special guest Guy Moore teaches us about math.
