Mental awareness is a key issue on the global stage that deals with the massive use of digital technology. However, a mental breakdown could happen long before the existence of digital technology. In this podcast episode, I share my experience that deals with "avoiding doing something that your heart and conscious mind does not want to do" There might be times in your life when you ought to do your job, but that needs to be filtered. Does part of your job serve you well? Is it fulfilling your inner quality of yourself? If you work in the educational sector, of course, your role is to be the angel of light, not something that puts you far away from God. Just listen up.
