Here we chat about the benefits of tracking vs not tracking. Spoiler alert: tracking isn't something you have to do in order to reach your goals. It's great for some, but there are other ways.

A chat about body image
A really important topic and so interesting to hear Claire's views on this after time spent in the body building world and also coming from an athletic background.

Exercise & mental health
Claire wanted to chat about something that's very close to her heart and highlight some of the findings as to how exercise can help mental health. We chat about our own experiences here, but had to keep it short because there were Mum duties calling. We will be back to chat about this more in the future. I'm sure we could all reflect on when exercise has helped us.

No Claire today - Tommy would love to take part in the podcast, but we're not sure you'd appreciate a 9month baby giving you advice. So, todays episode is about exercising when menopausal - what you should look to include and how to do this if you feel like it's pretty out of reach.

Episode 4 - Nuero Diversity and Goals. Solo episode by Ruth
This is a subject close to my heart and while it's aimed at those who have neurodiversity and have a goal in mind, I would say that these things are also useful for anyone who is feeling that their brain is full, life is busy and they're trying to slow down and focus on themselves.
