I wanted to end this year with a final message. I have learned so much from 2019. I hope to have inspired or helped one person in business, family, or in general.  A final look at our growth together.  A quick story about a client. We all want to build something that makes us successful, but we lose sight of what really makes us happy. Take a look around you, make sure you surround yourself with positive influences. Building a business is tough. Trying to know everything about business is tough. Don't be afraid to ask other for guidance and help when running into a wall.  I recently asked for help from a colleague of mine that I met at one of my group functions. I was amazed at how much I learned from this individual and how much more value he brought to my company. Life can change in an instant. Let’s all make the right choices. Take the time to think things through.

Looking at the bigger picture before making any choices.

The choices we make are what shape us. We tend to overwhelm ourselves with unnecessary tasks. We need to learn what is important to our personal lives and careers. Also taking the time to make pancakes.

When opening up a business we forget the simple things that we can do.

Nothing but a lazy weekend and white butter.
