The problem with 'What I Eat in a Day' content...

What I Eat in a Day videos...We all know them, we all watch them, but is it just harmless short form content, or is there a bigger issue at hand?I get a little heated & a little passionate in this episode which I feel is rare for me as I do get nervous to outwardly state my opinions online. But spoiler alert 🚨 I don't think these videos are as innocent as they seem. Listen on to find out why.I would also love to know what you think about these videos too so please leave me a comment here or message me over on Instagram!@aimeelouiseliving
