When Finlay is settling in for a good old reminisce her voice changes, and I’m sure mine does too. For as long as I’ve known Finlay, she’s been staunchly anti the New Years Resolution. A couple of months ago, Finlay turned to me on Charing Cross Road and said “I just feel like I should be in the club right now”, and so the premise of our first episode was born. In many ways, Fin and I are the most fortunate people on the planet, we have a flat that we live in together, we have good jobs which we both like, and we have totally brilliant, bonkers, beautiful friends. However, we both find ourselves struck by the sense that we’re not enough, that we don’t have enough, aren’t doing enough, and are just generally behind on life… and when we speak to other friends we tend to find that they feel the same way.
