This is an example of how a podcast may be used to support the recreation and wellness program on a college campus.

Podcasting is easier than it used to be. Today simply creating and editing a sound file and posting it to your webpage, wiki, or blog and passing the word is sufficient enough to tell the world that you can podcast.
