SUB CULT has been at the forefront of contemporary techno for more than a decade, with its inception in 2007, when label boss Aka Carl established the imprint and set on his path of relentlessly developing the genre. The record label became a launching pad for nowadays renowned artists like Fer BR, Miche, Rydel, Luky RDU to name but a few, who recognized Carl’s vision and eagerly joined the trendsetting techno community with a hardgroove domain of that time. The roster of artists and list of fans & supporters expanded potentially and started a real momentum with continually impressive releases both in vinyl and digital format with productions constantly present in sets worldwide.Fast forward 13 years and the label sees expanding to most sub genres of techno, welcoming new talented artists whilst preserving the trademark flavor and high standards which the audience expects from SUB CULT.
