Terps Talks Episode 3: Personal Trainer John Ghastine

In December last year, I was lucky enough to interview my fantastic personal trainer, John Ghastine, as a guest on Terps Talks. John is a personal trainer who has a thriving PT business in Rosanna. He'd been training clients for over 20 years. Through his profession, he is able to touch the lives of many locals, helping his clients to be the best version of themselves. Not only does he help people better themselves through exercise, he mentors younger clients, offering a safe place, and a positive male role model. In this episode, we discuss how John came to be a personal trainer, and the ways in which he positively impacts the community by supporting local youth.

    Halloween Special: A Haunted Parliament

Tonight on Terps Talks, this Halloween special peels back the polished façade of Victorian Parliament House to reveal stories staff and security say still linger in its corridors: books flying off shelves, echoing footsteps where no one walks, and the ghostly sight of a little girl in the gardens whose handprints mysteriously reappear on rear doors. These are first-hand accounts reported and corroborated by people who work in the building, whether coincidence or something more, they make for an unnerving listen.
