Aaron and Austin chop it up with Elena Armijo, a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Certified Dare To Lead Facilitator (CDTLF), and Founder/Executive of the C Suite Collective. They’re curious to know what coaching is, how it’s different from therapy and consulting, and what sort of impact coaching can have on individuals and organizations.

Aaron and Austin have their minds blown when they find out that Jeff Jiménez-Kurlander basically gives money away as a Program Officer at the Surdna Foundation. They ask about how non-profits of that size decide to whom they give funds, what impact they are looking to have, and why it is that billion dollar foundations don’t give away more than they do.
