    Many believers have changed their diets for the better and began eating a diet that allows the body to heal and thrive. However, there are many who are still stuck. Despite hearing information and being influenced by friends and family members to change their eating habits, some remain shackled by gluttony and wreckless eating. The answer is not just to force the information or beg them to change but to cry out on their behalf and seek Yahuah to change them from the inside out.

    Everything that we do testifies of who we worship. The foods that we eat and the medicine that we take reveals the object of our worship. Who do you worship in your diet and with your medicine? Is it Yahuah or something else?

    People tend to think that abstaining from meat and dairy makes you a vegan. Abstaining from animal products does not make you a vegan. Eat the diet that helps you to elevate and dominate as you walk in your divine purpose.

    Fasting is extremely beneficial to the body. Your body is able to heal itself and get rid of waste. Your blood sugar and blood pressure get an opportunity to recalibrate.  Your body burns excess fat and your digestive system has the opportunity to rest. The resting digestive system is key to hearing in the spirit realm.We are spirits living in bodies and poor eating habits can create a barrier of communication between our true selves and the vehicle that we operate through-the body. Fasting on a weekly basis, keeps us tapped in to the spirit often so that we can maintain a balanced and harmonious connection between the spirit and the body.
