The 18th Mile
by Richard Papenfus
During every marathon most people hit what they call "The Wall" and this point normally comes during mile 18-20. It's during this point where quitting seems like the best option out there cause you're hurting and it seems like it will never end, but if you just push through that discomfort that pain will go away. Like in the race, in life we need to push through the wall on our way to achieving our goals. I hope to do this as I document my journey to various fitness goals I set for myself through self-review, research, and talking to other people who are also pushing themselves in life and fitness and how they broke through their wall.
