Arsenal Riding High
Arsenal and PSG advanced to the Champions League final, although both Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich may feel they were on the wrong side of some controversial refereeing decisions. Manchester City's 3-3 draw with Everton has handed the advantage back to Arsenal in the Premier League title race, but Eddie thinks that there's a good chance that there will be more slip-ups in the final couple of weeks. Frank decides to ragebait Eddie by bringing up Stanley Tucci and Emily Blunt's addition to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. And Eddie asks Frank about some complicated family dynamics and whether one should tip after receiving gambling winnings. Plus, early reactions to 'Widows Bay' and why Eddie is enjoying 'Rooster' more than he thought he would.

Live from the Championship
Eddie managed to embarrass himself in Barcelona, but should Arsenal and Atletico Madrid feel as if they were exposed by the football played by Bayern Munich and PSG? Eddie rarely comes to the defense of Mikel Arteta, but he does feel as if VAR made a mistake by overturning a late penalty for Arsenal. In the Premier League, the fixtures have allowed Arsenal to rebuild their lead at the top, and that could prove crucial. And Hull managed to pip Wrexham to the final playoff spot on a thrilling last day of the Championship season. Both Frank and Eddie agree that it is pointless to analyze NFL draft picks before a snap has been played, but the Arizona Cardinals did make a slightly head-scratching move. And 'The Rewatchables' podcast is great, but that doesn't make it perfect.

Eddie Goes to the Barber
In this episode of the Big Chill Podcast, Eddie got his haircut, but he wasn't happy with the experience and wondered what Frank would have done in the same situation. Manchester City won their game in hand, and their 1-0 win over Burnley has put them top of the table, but should Arsenal be favorites due to their easier run-in? Liam Rosenior's time at Chelsea has ended, but just how bad were his 107 days at Stamford Bridge? And Leicester City's back-to-back relegations mean that the recent Premier League and FA Cup Champions are now facing life in League One. And how impressive have Wrexham been as they find themselves challenging for the playoffs in the Championship? Plus, Eddie is worried that Paul Seixas might be about to change French luck in the Tour de France, and he really thinks that Frank should be watching 'From'.
-

Manchester City v Arsenal Reaction
Manchester City came out on top in their crucial top-of-the-table clash against Arsenal in the Premier League. Frank and Eddie were impressed by Haaland and Cherki, but just how lucky was Gabriel to avoid being sent off? Elsewhere in Europe, PSG suffered a surprise defeat that puts a bit of pressure on the reigning champions in Ligue 1, and Bayern Munich continued their record-breaking season in the Bundesliga. On the back of success, Eddie thinks that Harry Kane could be a Champions League win away from entering some very exclusive company. In the NFL, the New York Giants traded away star defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence, but Frank is happy with the move. And which NFL player is the best comparison to Noah Wyle?

World Cup Price Gauging and Champions League Semfinals
In this episode of The Big Chill Podcast, Frank and Eddie discuss the challenges of maintaining friendships and the logistics for The Breeders' Cup 2026. Bayern Munich, PSG, Arsenal, and Atletico Madrid are through to the Champions League semifinal, but Eddie thinks that UEFA needs to review the ability of French and Spanish teams to move games ahead of Champions League matches. Plus, Whoop released Rory McIlroy's data from The Masters, and Frank is feeling a little uncomfortable at his gym.
-
384
Arsenal Dropping. Rory Rising.
Frank has some strong opinions on how players are messing up their strategy on 'Tipping Point', but Eddie has a business opportunity with Dunkin' Donuts that might cheer him up. Arsenal's defeat to Bournemouth means that Manchester City are right back in the title race ahead of their match this Sunday, but Eddie is refusing to believe that Arteta and co. will completely blow their lead in the Premier League. Rory McIlroy entered elite company by winning back-to-back Masters, but where does he now stand in the modern-day golf Pantheon, and is the Masters becoming an overrated sporting event? Plus some pop culture blind spots and what's actually going on in 'The Pitt'.
-
383
Will Arsenal blow it all?
Big changes are coming to the podcast, but did Arsenal's FA Cup defeat at the hands of Southampton change Eddie and Frank's opinions on their Premier League title chances? The FIFA 2026 World Cup is facing more controversy as seat maps are hidden and prices continue to surge. And are there any new MLB stadium foods worth trying, and does 'The Pitt' need to start focusing on the night crew?
-
382
They look good for their age
Frank was ghosted by his roller hockey team, but Eddie is more worried about the escalating costs of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Duke blew a commanding lead against UConn in the NCAA Tournament, but should we give college players a pass when they make game-losing mistakes in March Madness? Frank found himself in a critical situation in a Starbucks bathroom, but Eddie thinks he should have bought an item before using their facilities. Plus reaction to the latest episodes of 'The Pitt', Eddie's thoughts on 'Project Hail Mary', and why Eddie has issues with the evolution of 'Shrinking'.
-
381
Arsenal, Jelly Roll, and Anaconda
Manchester City beat Arsenal in the League Cup Final, but will Arsenal's defeat have any impact on how they approach the remainder of the Premier League season, the Champions League, or the FA Cup? Eddie thinks the Premier League is already a foregone conclusion, but Guardiola exposed some weaknesses that will prove to be their undoing in the Champions League and FA Cup. The official song for the 2026 FIFA World Cup was released, but does it stand up to classics from the likes of Ricky Martin and Shakira? The Fanatics Flag Football tournament took place over the weekend, but has it changed what Frank thinks Team USA should do heading into the 2026 Olympics? And Eddie watched 'The Peaky Blinders' movie, 'Greenland 2', and 'Anaconda', but which did he enjoy the most? The answer might surprise you...
-
380
Arsenal Limping Towards the Title
Frank's trip to Colorado was severely delayed by snow, but neither he nor Eddie get why travelers take out their frustrations on airport staff. Manchester City slipped up again, and it looks like Arsenal will win their first Premier League title in 23 years, even if they're failing to entertain in the process. Meanwhile, Chelsea look to be in some trouble as a result of financial irregularities, and Morocco have won AFCON 2025 on appeal. Venezuela upset the USA in the final of the World Baseball Classic, but the USA players upset Eddie even more by wearing game-worn USA hockey jerseys to the final. Plus, neither Eddie nor Frank quite gets the hype surrounding 'Marty Supreme' or 'One Battle After Another'.
-
379
NFL Signings and Guy Ritchie 'Classics'
Eddie has joined Frank in the world of teaching, but he isn't sure that his colleagues are big fans of him. A bad week in the Champions League for English sides looks like it's getting worse, but have the early stages of NFL free agency thrown up any major signings? And India win the 2026 T20 Cricket World Cup as England continue to struggle in the Six Nations. Plus, Eddie still loves 'The Pitt', but he is a bit frustrated with some of the writing. And Frank tries to convince Eddie that Guy Ritchie actually makes good movies.
-
378
Arsenal are ruining football
Frank and Eddie's pickleball and padel journeys continue, but Eddie has been on the receiving end of some road rage. Tez Johnson's ex-fiancée revealed why their relationship came to an end, but college football players in Mississippi will be delighted to hear that NIL money will no longer be taxed. Eddie is suspicious that some other media networks are stealing ideas from the Big Chill Podcast after Fox Sports revealed an AI version of Colin Cowherd. Manchester City's latest slip-up has handed advantage back to Arsenal, and Eddie isn't happy with how the potential Premier League Champions are playing, especially after they were handed an easy Champions League draw.
-
377
Cold War Controversy
The USA completed the men's and women's Winter Olympic ice hockey gold medal double, but Eddie isn't certain that the 'miracle on ice' is all that it is cracked up to be. Bodo Glimt's remarkable Champions League run continues, but is the new format finally delivering some excitement? And 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' wrapped up, but will a good first season be undone by the wait between seasons 1 and 2? And did Eddie deserve a bigger reward for giving someone back their credit card?
-
376
Can Arsenal hold on?
Arsenal slipped up again in the Champions League, but has their 2-2 draw with Wolves completely opened the door for Manchester City? The Champions League is back, and Bodo Glimt continued their improbable run of form, but the play on the pitch was overshadowed by accusations of racist abuse from Vinicius Junior in Real Madrid's match against Benfica. Plus some more Winter Olympics updates, 'The Pitt', and things that used to be flashy, but are now obsolete.
-
375
Winter Olympics Drama
The 2026 Winter Olympics are in full swing, but some of the sporting displays are being overshadowed by controversies and drama. After his brief update in the last episode, Frank takes a deeper look at Penisgate and the curling video review system. Eddie is watching more of the Olympics than he thought he would, but has the controversial opinion that they shouldn't be called 'Olympics'. Plus, ESPN ranks the 60 most difficult sports, Trent Williams' wife is ok with him dating his girlfriend, and Eddie is a tiny bit disappointed with 'The Pitt' not focusing on the boring stuff.
-
374
A Super Bowl Sleeper
The Seattle Seahawks won Super Bowl XV in a snoozefest, but which teams from the AFC and NFC will feel like they missed their chance to lift the Lombardi Trophy? Frank thinks it will be a long time until the New England Patriots make it back to the AFC Championship game, and Eddie isn't sure that Kenneth Walker III was the right choice for Super Bowl MVP. Plus, Eddie is enjoying the Winter Olympics more than he thought he would, Manchester City sneak past Liverpool after a thrilling final 15 minutes, and 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' might be the best Game of Thrones TV depiction yet.
-
373
Super Bowl LX Preview
Our preview and predictions for Super Bowl LX as the New England Patriots take on the Seattle Seahawks in Santa Clara. Including a full breakdown of the keys to the game, where the Super Bowl is likely to be won and lost, and some of the best player props. Both Frank and Eddie believe that the Seahawks will dominate, but can Sam Darnold handle the pressure, or will Drake Maye and the Patriots manage to find a way to win? Plus, Eddie isn't a fan of the Winter Olympics and thinks that there's too much international ice hockey, and reactions to the latest episodes of 'The Pitt' and 'A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms'.
-
372
Whoop'd Out
Frank convinced Eddie to start using a Whoop, but he's already planning to switch to an Apple Watch and find a new padel partner. Novak Djokovic came up short in the Australian Open Final against Carlos Alcaraz, but did he do enough to prove that he can still compete with the 'Big Two'? Tom Brady has started posting on Instagram like a teenage girl, and Eddie finds it eerily reminiscent of some old pictures of Frank. And Eddie is frustrated by the college football transfer portal, senior leadership at Blackburn Rovers, the Epstein List, and the lack of concern over ties between the Memphis Grizzlies' owner and Russia.
-
371
Padel and Popes
Eddie has started playing padel, and Frank is settling in nicely to the Minnesota hockey lifestyle. Novak Djokovic is reminding the tennis world that he's still a force to be reckoned with, but has he always been chasing a big two? And Bill Belichick didn't make it into the Pro Football Hall of Fame at the first time of asking, but were his controversies with the New England Patriots enough to deny him being a first ballot HOFer? And has the Champions League become too convoluted for its own good? Eddie thinks not and believes that the new format may be optimized for gambling, but not for actual football fans.
-
370
Bad Weather, Worse Play-calling, and Terrible Officiating
It's the Seattle Seahawks against the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl, but both Frank and Eddie think that the LA Rams might have been the best team in the NFL this season. The Patriots and Broncos finished their game in a blizzard, but did Denver make a mistake by leaving points on the board? Plus, Alcaraz, Sabalenka, and Sinner are told to stop wearing their Whoops at the Australian Open.
-
369
NFL Conference Games and Pickleball Defeats
Frank's pickleball career is off to a rough start, but what can he learn from Naomi Osaka and Jannik Sinner after the pair caused controversies at the Australian Open? NFL Teams are making quick appointments to fill head coaching positions, but Eddie isn't convinced that Robert Saleh or Mike McCarthy were the right hires. And we make our previews and predictions for the NFC and AFC Championship games. Can the Broncos find a way past the Patriots with a backup quarterback? And will the Seahawks be able to stop the Rams and the best offense in the NFL? Plus, Indiana wins the College Football National Championship, Eddie thinks athletes can relax about making money, and 'The Pitt' season 2 builds towards a climax.
-

There's no crying in football
In this episode of the Big Chill Podcast, hosts Frank and Eddie dive deep into the NFL Divisional Round. Josh Allen may have let the Bills down, but Sean McDermott paid the price. Were the Bills right to make a change in the head coaching position? Eddie expected the 49ers to lose, but the blowout win for the Seahawks has him worried about what the rebuilding process in San Francisco might look like. Drake Maye and the Patriots came out on top in the battle of the bad quarterback performances against CJ Stroud and the Texans, but neither Eddie nor Frank believes in their Super Bowl Chances. And the LA Rams made it past the Chicago Bears, but is Caleb Williams that clutch? Plus, Donald Trump wants to make the Army-Navy game extra special, Manchester City and Arsenal both slip up, Senegal beat Morocco in a bizarre Afcon final, and reaction to episode 2 of 'The Pitt'.

366
Best. Wildcard. Weekend. Ever.
Frank and Eddie look back on a Wildcard Weekend that delivered 4 close games and 2 blowouts. Caleb Williams and the Bears pulled off an improbable comeback against the Packers, but Eddie enjoyed some of the other games more. The Rams survived a scare against the Panthers, but can they be trusted moving forward? Were the Bills lucky to get by the Jags, and can the 49ers continue to win in the face of more injuries? Plus, comfortable wins for the Patriots and Texans mean that they move on to the next round, but is that the last we see of Aaron Rodgers.
-
365

Plus, reaction to episode 1 of season 2 of 'The Pitt' and plans for a new Bank Holiday in Scotland for the FIFA World Cup.
-
364
Rentals and Records
Frank isn't happy with the gas policy of car rental agencies, but Eddie has a life hack that he might want to try. The NFL regular season wrapped up with most things decided before Week 18, but a statement win for the Seattle Seahawks secured them the 1 seed in the NFC, and the Carolina Panthers snuck into the playoffs despite losing to Tampa Bay. Myles Garrett broke the regular-season sack record, but Eddie isn't sure that the Browns should have been allowed to celebrate on the field, and he's even more upset by the Bills helping Josh Allen to maintain his starting streak. Plus Arsenal moved further ahead in the Premier League after Manchester City dropped points against Chelsea.
-
363
Heated Rivalry in the NFL Playoff Picture
A cold front has hit Europe, but Eddie is more worried about how Aaron Rodgers will hold up in testing conditions against the Baltimore Ravens. The 49ers are hoping to stay in contention for the NFC West, the Bears and the Packers go head-to-head in a game with major implications for the NFC North, and the Ravens, Patriots, Steelers, Bills, Eagles, and Lions all have big games ahead.
-
360
Mahomes, Rivers, and the Heisman
Eddie managed to lock himself out, but his week hasn't gone as badly as it has for Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. A loss to the Chargers and an MCL and LCL tear for Mahomes means that the Chiefs may be entering a rebuilding era, but does that mean retirement for Travis Kelce? A big comeback for the Bills and important wins for the Ravens and Steelers, but could anyone win the Super Bowl this year? Plus another unconvincing win for Arsenal as Manchester City ease past Crystal Palace. And Fernando Mendoza won the Heisman, but Diego Pavia may have been the biggest loser.
-
359
Battle of the Sexes and Playoff Pressure
Eddie has a Fiat Topolino update as Nick Kyrgios and Aryna Sabalenka get set to face off in the 'Battle of the Sexes'. But the big news out of the tennis world is the potential return of Serena Williams. And University of Michigan football is mired in further controversy. Plus, our previews and predictions for every game from Week 15 of the NFL Season. The Eagles lost again, but do they have any chance in the playoffs? And there were big wins for the Steelers, Packers, and Bills.
-

Including, can the 49ers get back on track, and who will come out on top when the Chiefs meet the Bills?
-
353
In-flight Entertainment
Eddie's in San Diego for the Breeders' Cup, but Frank does not approve of his approach to killing time on his flight to LA. Week of 8 of the NFL mostly went as expected, but Joe Flacco and the Bengals threw a game away against the Jets and have nearly killed off their playoff hopes as a result. Plus, Liverpool lost again and Arsenal are in pole position in the Premier League.
-
352

F*** Around and Find Out
Eddie and Frank discuss whether or not they would travel internationally by bus before discussing all of the action from Week 4 of the NFL. Losses for the Ravens and the Chargers, the Packers' tie, and unimpressive wins for the Bills have left Eddie wondering if there are any great teams in the NFL this season, but are things lining up for the Detroit Lions and the Philadelphia Eagles?
