The Data Breeder: Sam White and Alice Mabin of Agrishots on the benefits of a long term relationship with your photographer
The relationship between Alice Mabin of Agrishots and the White faming extends back almost 10 years now. Alice first came to Bald Blair with the Biosecurity network in 2014 and expressed an interest in photography. Initially Sam called Alice to see if she would be interested in working as a stationhand on the property but when she suggested she'd like to do some photography - Sam ran with that and he's glad he did. This conversation talks about how worthwhile it has been to develop a long term relationship with a photographer and the benefits for the farm business, not only in terms of marketing but also time efficiencies of someone who comes to know your operation, and your personalities well! Outside of her work with Bald Blair Angus, Alice has done collaborations with Farm Safe Australia, Observant, Stock Book, Beef Australia, Meat and Livestock just to name a few.
