Caroline Nitsch is a multi-disciplinary creative director with nearly two decades of experience working across the UK, the US, and Canada, shaping global fashion and digital campaigns. She started her career at NET-A-PORTER, where early exposure to e-commerce and digital storytelling shaped how I think about brands. Since then, she has worked at the intersection of creativity and technology; working on shoots with supermodels, building complex digital ecosystems, co-founding an AI company and pushing visual storytelling forward. She is known for a sharp eye and a systems-level way of thinking, with a 360° approach that balances concept, craft, and execution. Why I Started The Creativity Question (And Who It’s For) - Fabiana Guglielmi
The Creativity Question is a podcast I created for curious humans who feel a pull toward creativity, whether you’re just starting or already deep in the game. Each episode I sit down with bold thinkers, artists, founders, educators, and makers who open up about how they learn, play, and build things that didn’t exist before. Together we unpack one big question: what does creativity mean in real life—at work, in side projects, and in the messy in‑between moments. My guests are not just “successful”; they’re generous, vulnerable, and wildly inspiring, sharing the stories, experiments, and failures behind their ideas so you can steal tools and courage for your own path. If you’re hungry to think differently, start creating more, and see your life as a work in progress rather than a fixed script, this podcast is for you.
