Took a break and went on a much needed trip to visit my mom in Ohio. Just some random babbling of how that helped my mental health and moving forward.

Time to update that morning routine for myself. 2 main things I do: 1. Set up a small morning routine timeline the night before 2. Each week adjust my alarm clock 5 min earlier until I am good waking up at 6am. Waking up at 4 am is messed up. If you can happily wake up at 4 am, you are a rockstar in your own right.

I started to really pull away from comparing myself and being judgmental by giving compliments. It was possibly one of the healthiest things I have done for myself.

Found that some folks believe that if you do not agree with them, it is because you do not understand what they are saying. It is ok to disagree with people. We should learn HOW to be ok with disagreeing and move along.
