What i’ve learned (and am still learning) so far!
I’m sitting in the Bean Hive (where we roast coffee) and recapping my roasting experience so far. Lots of things I didn’t know I needed to know and even more that I need to learn. I am loving the process, though live never been more stressed in my life, it’s a really cool skill to learn. Coffee is such a nuanced food that can be consumed in so many different ways and I’m just barely scratching the surface of what this beautiful fruit has to offer. Thanks for coming along and tolerating the early days of the podcast/youtube thing.

Coffee Complaints* TBD
Amy and I sit and enjoy some fresh roasted coffee while expanding on our experience being vendors at the San Antonio Coffee Festival. We talk through our experience as a business, thus far. Some other thoughts float in and out. We recorded this late, and you can tell! It's all in good fun though, so sit back with your favorite coffee or beverage and join in on the conversation in comments or social media. Thank you for the support because ever little bit counts.
