This is part two of our amazing interview with mountaineer Aron Ralston of 127 hours fame. Aron was trapped under a boulder when it fell on his hand and forearm in blue john canyon, and had to survive 127 hours, until he decided to cut his own arm off in order to escape to safety. You may have read the book, you may have seen the movie, but you have never heard his amazing story from the perspective he told it on today's episode.

Aron Ralston is a mountaineer and engineer, known for escaping an impossible situation through sheer will power and bravery. He was trapped by a rock while climbing in Blue John Canyon, and was forced to break, and amputate his own arm in order to escape. He was found a few hours later by a rescue helicopter, allowing him to survive, despite being stranded for six days, and losing 25% of his blood. Aron talks to our hosts about how he found the authority within himself to do what he did, and how he has been able to continue a life of adventure, and inspire others to find their own courage within themselves.
