I've come to realize that it's to understand and accept that everyone has their own way of thinking. Skin color does not define a race; it is merely a characteristic of physical appearance, not an indicator of one's mindset. Certain individuals may try to find their identity by distancing themselves from their own race and true selves. Let’s face it, being a businessman myself, I find more success dealing with White individuals, however, it is important for me to recognize that the freedom we enjoy today is a direct result of the sacrifices made by previous generations. Keep in mind that these lost souls may experience mental and emotional challenges so profound that we may never truly comprehend their struggles.
