After losing four brothers, battling complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction, Jennifer McGraw tried everything to deal with the pain of loss. It wasn't until a simple clay exercise at PAC's Kaleidoscope event that she discovered art therapy, and everything began to change.Continuing our conversation, Jennifer shares how art therapy got to the roots in ways years of talk therapy couldn't. She describes breakthrough moments from her own sessions, the ways God intersected her path with Premier Arts Collective's, and how the healing has rippled outward, even reaching her son.Today Jennifer is off medication, finishing a counseling degree, and dreaming of a future where she can bring healing to people who'd never walk into a therapist's office on their own.
