The Ghetto is a Lie
by Melvin Mitchell
The Ghetto is a Lie started off as a book, or a collection of ideologies commemorating experiences in my life. The problem was that it took some time to recreate not only my physical but the mental genetic makeup that once plagued my way of thinking. Stereotypical behavior, previous educational experiences as well as some of my own values held me in contempt and in a constant state of fear that allowed repetitive failure until I shed that excessive baggage that scrutinized and ostracized the man that I was to become. This podcast is a glimpse into my journey.
