On this week’s episode, Cam and D-Rock sit down with Rob Peters from the West End Civic Association and Jackie McKinney from the Asylum Hill Neighborhood Association to talk about DominGO! Hartford, an exciting new social good initiative coming to Hartford's streets. As you'll hear in the interview, on the last Sunday of each month this summer, the city will shut down a different main stretch of road to motor vehicle traffic, making it exclusively accessible to pedestrians, bikes, skateboards and scooters. The first DominGO! Day will take place on Sunday, June 26 -- which, if you're listening when this episode first comes out, is next weekend -- when the city will turn Farmington Avenue into an open street from South Whitney Street all the way down to Bushnell Park.
