One of my favorite conversations/interviews with Living Legend, Brother Kam. Whom I like to refer to as the OG, original Kam. Kam (born Craig Miller, in Los Angeles California) is regarded as one of the Premiere sociopolitical/street emcees of the 1990's & early 2000's. Known primarily among hip hop fans and music-critics for being one of the Pioneers of "West Coast Conscious-Gangsta Rap" during the 1990s, Kam is also known for his Nation of Islam (NOI)-influenced lyrics and membership, as well as his early affiliation with fellow West Coast emcee, Ice Cube, to whom he was initially signed.
