    Oklahoma has one of the highest suicide rates in the nationi, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Between 2000 and 2020, suicide rates increased 46% in non-metro areas compared to 27.3% in metro areas. For Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers, providing access to resources in rural Oklahoma is a priority.
