They look at each player on the roster and evaluate whether the Lakers should try to resign the free agents, let them walk, or try to package them in a trade. In this episode, Nutty and Vonnie discuss the firs three scrimmages of the started season in the Bubble. They also previewed the anticipated opening matchup between Lakers and Clippers.  Drama ensued in the bubble with players trying to stay in compliance with the bubble rules. Most importantly, the NBA is back!

They discuss the noticeable absences by some of the NBA team's key players and the effect that this quarantined environment may translate into gameplay.  The guys also touched on the news of other sports leagues that have already restarted, and the way that their example may influence the NBA.

In this episode, Vonnie and Nutty discuss the state of the NBA, sports, and life in general due to the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic. They go into detail about the social and economic changes that have happened and anticipate what may occur in the near future.  They also hinted into their upcoming pivot into their expanding coverage into more sports for future episodes. After a little while off, Nutty and Vonnie are back breaking down the present state of the Laker team as the second half of the season continues. They take a deep dive into the big matchups between Lakers and Pelicans and off course the rivalry ... Lakers vs Celtics.  The duo is also touching on all the spicy topics around the league including two MVP candidates that look like they do not like each other. 

This was by far the toughest episode we had to do. On the day of the tragic passing of the legendary Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and others in a horrific helicopter crash.  As we reflected on our memories of the Laker Legend, it was both therapeutic and inspirational to continue going forward using the Mamba Mentality that Kobe was well known for. SIP Legend! 

In this first episode of 2020, Nutty and Vonnie look back at the past decade and rank the top ten Laker players in the 2010s.  The guys recap the latest Laker games in the team's current winning streak. They also discussed the play of the returning ex-Lakers that were traded in the AD trade last year.
