Throughout my own healing journey I have experienced many past lifetimes which saw some pretty gruesome things happening! In one lifetime I was an Ethiopian Jewish man named Mulu ( I looked it up after and it really is an Ethiopian name!) I was a prophet with a shining golden third eye pulsating on my third eye living in Ancient Egypt, where many of my past lives took place. I’ve always known I was an oracle, psychic, had a 6th sense about what was about to happen, what people were feeling or what was going to play out on the world stage but this lifetime really confirm it to me! The Pharaoh summoned me to give a prophecy and when I gave it to him he didn’t like it and dismissed what I had to say and sent me to be tortured. When I leaned into who the Pharaoh was I was surprised to say out loud ‘It’s my mum!’ Until this moment I’d never really had any difficult times in my relationship with my mum, my wounding was from my father yet I knew something huge was about to happen. I knew it was about to play out in this lifetime… and it did. I had a very deep sense something huge was going to happen for my mum and I tried to communicate it to her but she put her hand up to my face and said ‘I don’t want to hear it Shani’ I remember my heart beating faster. I was about to sent to be tortured all over again. She didn’t want to hear my prophecy. Which came true only 3 months later… I had to make peace with this lifetime and parent myself through what felt like deep torture of my mum not listening to the prophecy I knew was going to play out in her lifetime. To claim back my power and stop this continually playing out in my life, I had to sit with that past version of myself and reclaim my power as an oracle, as a psychic and make peace with the fact that on this path, not everyone will want to here your prophecies. When I started to own my psychic powers, my healing sessions became more powerful, I was more tapped into my innate ancestral gifts and I was able to share my light language more openly without shame. Your body stores every memory it experiences including your preverbal experiences in the womb and during your birth. Many times in your spiritual journey you’ll fall down the rabbit hole and end up in an unexpected place! Sometimes you’ll be tumbling down faster than you you can grip onto the sides and land in a room where the potion says ‘drink me’ and you do because you’re curious to see how the medicine can help you then you tumble down further and start questioning every facet of your life until a giant caterpillar asks you the all important question… ‘but whoooo are youuuu?’ Other times you’ll take the cake that says ‘eat me’ and you end up in wonder land, having the time of your life in a whirl of total bliss and ecstacy! Then there’s the times in between… the times where you fully own your humanity. Lessons learnt from my first sweat lodge experience  Facing your fears is your biggest expander and liberator!  It takes courage to live a liberated life!  Always place energetic protection on you before entering a space with lots of people purging and journeying- especially if you’re highly sensitive, or an oracle/psychic like me!  Forgive forgive forgive… it’s more medicine for your liberation  Your birthscript (the time of your conception to the time in the womb to your birth) has such a HUGE impact on your patterns of behavior! Last month, I was meant to sit in ceremony  I’d been preparing for the past 9 days  Mentally, I was preparing for a deep journey with a medicine that had once blown my world open Physically I was on a dieta for 9 days. Clean eating, no meat or fish, sugar, salt spices or caffeine  Spiritually, I was preparing for a deep process with the medicine that I had to learn to trust again after a world shattering experience 3 years ago  Emotionally I was being tested on several challenges but I was really ready to receive a journey after giving all week.  I took a breath, showered, dressed in white and made my way to the ceremony space.  When the fascilitator told me she didn’t want me joining in the ceremony just before it started because it was full moon and the energy of my bleed was too much for the space and I would bring ‘bad energy’ to the other ceremony participants as she continued to set up the space… left me feeling angry, frustrated, disgusted and fired up all at once!  Being dismissed from a sacred space because I’m bleeding? This episode is taken from an instagram live where I asked the question, 'When did you suppress your silliness?' 'When did you get told you were too much?' Silliness is sacred AF and it’s fully allowed in my world! And you know what? In this episode I break down the myth around 🔥Friday 13th🔥 Contrary to belief... this is NOT an unlucky day as the patriarchal world would have you believe!  This has much more to do with love, fertility and the feminine! Pagan cultures believed that both Friday and the number 13 was lucky! A matriarchal culture that understood the cycles on the earth, the moon, the sun, Tha lands and the feminine and worked with them to celebrate the cycles of the year.  But of course… the Christian Church with their patriarchal views and their fear of powerful women started to associate the number 13 with Witches covens and placed this belief into the minds of women/witch fearing people so that they started to create a belief that Friday and 13 synonymously was unlucky. Friday- is originally names after the Norse Goddesss Frigg or (maybe) Freya is a day to connect with your divine feminine… not the ‘unlucky’ rhetoric that is one of the many cover ups ‘his-story’ stole from ‘her story’.  If you know in the very core of your cellular being that you are a witch, a healer, an oracle, a mystic, a psychic, a herbalist or a doula you are more magnificent and powerful than you’ll ever know. We are entering WITCH season and I for one cannot WAIT to sit around the cauldron (that’s a whole other story!) for Samhain!  Your service to this current timeline is so profound your energetic magick will ripple out into the cosmos beyond anything you may ever understand.
