However, you will need to engage in any energy clearing practice a lot in order for it to work and I don't recommend frequencies because you don't know who designs them and if they are good or bad whereas with affirmations you can hear clearly what is being said. The mind and body need repetition to reprogram and fully clear out old energies and move into new ones. My personal opinion is that clearing out your consciousness using affirmations or healing frequencies that you trust is the most powerful way to clear karmic imprints. Hello Beautiful People, Here is part 2 of 3 in my series on the 3D matrix and how to escape. In part 2 I go into how to control your energy and shift your frequency to higher than the matrix using affirmation programs. The inverted 3D matrix operates within the energetic boundaries of lower level emotional frequencies such as guilt, fear, shame, despair, etc. Most people live in the energy of these emotions and their lives are a reflection of this.
