Energetic Boundaries: Reclaiming What Is Yours, Releasing What is Not
In this episode, we move beyond relational boundaries and into a more subtle, yet deeply impactful layer: energetic boundaries. Many people find themselves feeling overwhelmed—not because of what’s happening externally, but because of what they’re unconsciously carrying internally. This conversation explores the difference between empathy and enmeshment, how the nervous system absorbs and interprets emotional information, and why sensitivity without discernment can lead to depletion rather than connection. Through both a psychological and spiritual lens, we begin to understand how awareness, grounding, and self-connection allow us to remain open-hearted—without losing ourselves in the process. In This Episode What energetic boundaries are—and why they matter How emotional resonance turns into enmeshment The nervous system’s role in sensing and absorbing others’ states The impact of early conditioning and hypervigilance Why carrying others’ pain does not serve them—or you The importance of discernment in highly sensitive individuals How to return to self without shutting down compassion The relationship between peace, clarity, and energetic integrity A grounding metaphor for maintaining inner stability True compassion is not the absence of boundaries—it is the presence of clarity. When we learn to distinguish what is ours from what is not, we begin to move through the world with greater steadiness, greater presence, and a deeper capacity to serve. Just because you’re feeling something doesn’t mean it belongs to you— and it doesn’t mean it’s true. The Thing About Boundaries | Self-Trust, Conditioning, and People-Pleasing Pattern
Boundaries can feel confusing, heavy, or even impossible at times… and most of the advice out there doesn’t actually get to the root of why. If you’ve ever felt like you know what you should say or do— but can’t seem to follow through… this conversation will likely land. In this episode, we explore what’s underneath boundary struggles and why it’s not as simple as just “saying no.” 🔹 In this episode, we touch on: why boundaries can feel so difficult to hold the disconnect between knowing and actually following through how patterns like people-pleasing and overextending show up the role of self-trust and internal clarity why waiting for permission doesn’t work how certain relationships tend to challenge this more than others what begins to shift when you reconnect with yourself There’s a deeper layer to this work that isn’t always talked about— and that’s where real change starts to happen. Part 2 will go into energetic boundaries and what you may be taking on that isn’t yours. The Call Beneath the Behavior: Parenting Teens with Boundaries, Presence & Discernment
Parenting teens is a different terrain. The behavior can feel intense, reactive, even disrespectful. But what if we’re misinterpreting it? What if the behavior isn’t the problem… but the signal? In this episode, we explore: Why acting out is often a call for containment • How boundaries actually create safety (even when resisted) • The two extremes parents fall into — control vs. fixing • The middle path that requires presence, steadiness, and trust • Why your nervous system sets the tone for the entire environment • How kids organize around you — not what you say, but what you are • Why self-care is leadership, not indulgence • The concept of para-cycles and generational patterns • Parenting as a process of self-evolution and returning to yourself The outstanding issue is not your child. It’s you. And that’s not blame — it’s power. This episode is an invitation to step into grounded leadership, to hold the line without collapsing into control or avoidance, and to meet both yourself and your child with deeper awareness. Authenticity Isn’t Enough: Emotional Resonance, False Identity, and the Journey Back to the True Self
Authenticity is often presented as the highest state of personal growth. But what if authenticity alone isn’t enough? In this episode of the Maybe Mindful Podcast, Hannah explores the difference between authenticity and truth, and why simply expressing what is present within us does not necessarily mean we are operating from our true self. In a culture that constantly encourages us to “speak our truth” and “be authentic,” many people are sincerely searching for their identity. Yet much of what we believe about ourselves was formed early in life through conditioning, emotional imprinting, and subconscious beliefs that we absorbed before we had the ability to question them. When these beliefs go unexamined, what feels authentic may actually be a protective part of the psyche — an emotional echo from the past rather than a reflection of present truth. Hannah discusses the concept of emotional resonance, why disproportionate reactions often reveal deeper subconscious patterns, and why authenticity without discernment can sometimes reinforce the very wounds we are trying to heal. She also addresses the viral claim that authenticity “vibrates higher than love,” explaining why this idea is both scientifically unsupported and spiritually misleading. This conversation explores the deeper journey of deconditioning, the importance of emptying the cup, and why reconnecting with the true self requires both discernment and an anchor in truth. In this episode we explore • Why authenticity and truth are not always the same • The difference between the true self and the false self • Emotional resonance and disproportionate reactions • Why feelings are not always facts • The dangers of “my truth” culture • Why authenticity alone cannot guide the spiritual path • The viral claim that authenticity vibrates higher than love • Why love is the deeper orienting principle • The importance of emptying the cup to rediscover the unobstructed self • How subconscious work helps restore connection to our true identity Key reflections Authenticity reveals what is present. Love refines what is present. Much of what we believe about ourselves is on loan until we discover what is true. The goal is not to be authentic to our wounds. The goal is to return to the truth of who we are. When Pain Changes Form: Faith, Frequency & Emotional Reorganization
What if healing doesn’t always take time… but permission? In this episode, I explore the difference between transformation and transmutation — not managing symptoms, not coping harder, but changing the state underneath the pain. We talk about: Why some emotional pain shifts instantly • The difference between surface change and substance change • How resistance hardens emotion • Why presence allows energy to reorganize • The nervous system’s role in emotional release • Faith as an organizing force • Why grief, anger, and fear are not fixed identities Emotions are not permanent structures. They are energy in motion. And when that energy is met instead of resisted, something profound can happen. This episode is about remembering that healing and freedom are not always slow. Sometimes pain doesn’t need more time. Sometimes it needs to change form. Mae B Mindful Conversations at the intersection of healing, identity, and soul. The Power of Attention: How Focus Shapes Feeling, Perception & Peace
In this episode of the Mae B Mindful Podcast, Hannah Mae explores one of the most overlooked yet powerful tools we have as humans: our attention. Through personal reflection, nervous-system wisdom, and spiritual insight, Hannah unpacks how what we consistently focus on shapes our perception, emotional state, and overall life trajectory. She shares why worry and overthinking don’t create clarity, how sustained attention gives thoughts authority over our feeling state, and how reclaiming discernment restores peace, intuition, and agency. This conversation also weaves in timely reflections on media consumption, collective trauma, and the importance of safeguarding our inner world—so we can remain grounded, present, and available to truth, joy, and love. In this episode, you’ll hear about: Why attention is one of our greatest human gifts The connection between imagination, perception, and focus How sustained attention gives thoughts authority over feeling state Why worry creates contraction instead of clarity The difference between descending into the wound and transmuting it How perception shifts can completely change your life trajectory Discernment, spiritual authority, and safeguarding the mind Media consumption, collective trauma, and nervous system care Why cultivating peace and joy is not selfish—but necessary Mentioned in this episode: ✨ In the Seat of Your Power — a free upcoming masterclass ✨ Hannah’s upcoming self-hypnosis training ✨ Tools for restoring clarity, intuition, and inner alignment Resources & Free Gifts: SIGN UP for my newsletter & Get you Free Peace & Grounding Meditation Download: https://maebmindful.com/newsletter-sign-up Receive Your God-Aligned Affirmations https://maebmindful.com/god-aligned-affirmations 🔗 Stay Connected: Website: https://maebmindful.com Instagram: @maebmindful Podcast: @maebmindful TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@maebmindful 🎧 Download your free Peace & Grounding Meditation: https://maebmindful.com/newsletter-sign-up Get you Free Peace Hypnosis Demystified video to learn more: https://maebmindful.com/hypnosis-demystified Closing Reflection: What you give your attention to becomes the energy you live inside. Radical Self-Responsibility: Returning to Your Power
What if the thing that keeps stealing your peace isn’t your partner, your children, or your circumstances — but the moment you step out of your own lane? In this episode, I explore radical self-responsibility — not as self-blame, and not as fixing yourself — but as returning to your own inner authority. The kind of responsibility that softens you back into presence, clarity, and grounded power. I share a real-life story from a recent family trip — navigating sudden travel decisions, teenage pushback, emotional triggers, and the temptation to manage everyone’s experience in order to feel okay myself. And in that moment, I was reminded: the most direct path to harmony in our relationships isn’t changing others. It’s returning to ourselves. We explore why humility is the doorway to true power, why fixing and controlling others drains us, how witnessing can be more loving than correcting, and why acceptance doesn’t mean liking — it means releasing control. I talk about staying in your lane, not personalizing emotional reactions, setting boundaries without blame, and how taking responsibility for even your “1%” restores peace and agency. We also touch on fear as future-tripping, and gratitude as a stabilizing spiritual force that brings us back to center. This is a conversation about remaining grounded when everything around you invites reaction — and how peace becomes possible when you stop trying to hold the whole world together. In this episode, we explore: • Radical self-responsibility as inner authority • Parenting without personalizing • Staying in your lane instead of controlling • Boundaries without blame • Witnessing instead of fixing • Acceptance as a spiritual practice • Fear as future-tripping • Gratitude as a stabilizing force If you’ve ever felt responsible for everyone’s emotional state, tried to manage people into harmony, or found yourself exhausted by disappointment in relationships — this episode is for you. Spiritual Bypassing Explained: When the Solution Blocks the Healing
In the first episode of 2026, we’re talking about something that’s especially relevant in January — when we’re setting intentions, making spiritual commitments, and declaring who we’re becoming. But here’s the truth: the soul doesn’t reset like a calendar — it integrates. And when we skip integration and patch the outside, we can accidentally fall into spiritual bypassing. In this episode, Hannah Mae explains: What spiritual bypassing is and why it’s usually unconscious How “holy ideals” can be weaponized against ourselves and others Why bypassing doesn’t make us well — it deteriorates our spiritual condition over time How bypassing shows up through forgiveness, toxic positivity, condemnation, activism, fixing others, escapist spirituality, and boundary avoidance Why suppressed emotions become trapped energy in the body (and how it spills out sideways) The reframe: fear is a non-event — and healing is often faster than avoidance The solution: surrender, receptivity, co-regulation, honest emotional processing, subconscious work, and embodiment If this resonates, you’re not broken — you’ve adapted wisely — and something deeper is calling you forward. A Living Conversation: Prayer, Presence, and the Path to Inner Peace
As we close out 2025 and step into a new year, this episode is an invitation to return to what truly sustains us: presence. In a world that constantly pulls us outward — through technology, noise, fear, and distraction — peace isn’t found by fixing circumstances. It’s found by anchoring inward and strengthening our relationship with presence… what many of us call God. In this episode, I explore: Why presence is deeply spiritual — and why it heals How prayer is meant to change us, not control outcomes The difference between desperate prayer, surrendered prayer, and believing prayer Why outcome-based prayers often keep us stuck How attachment, control, and fear block receptivity What happens when prayer starts “working” — including disruption, detox, and deep transformation How surrender and humility open the door to true freedom Why asking for the feeling you desire is more powerful than asking for the outcome How prayer, meditation, and self-hypnosis tune the subconscious for clarity and healing Prayer is not about forcing change outside of you. It’s about becoming receptive to what’s already available — peace, guidance, grace, and truth. As we move into 2026, may this be a year of deeper presence, trust, and inner authority. Subconscious Healing, Faith, and the Truth About Hypnosis — A Conversation on Fear and Discernment
In this episode, Hannah opens up about subconscious healing, faith, personal transformation, and why so many people remain stuck in emotional pain even while trying their best to “do the work.” She explores how deep healing happens beneath the surface of the conscious mind, and why fear, misunderstanding, and spiritual confusion often block people from the freedom they’re seeking. Hannah also speaks candidly about her own journey — addiction recovery, Christ-centered spirituality, hypnobirthing, and her professional path into hypnosis. She addresses common fears within faith-based communities, the difference between discernment and fear, and why subconscious work can be a powerful ally on the spiritual path. In this episode, we explore: • Why emotional triggers intensify around the holidays • How unhealed wounds show up in everyday interactions • Common Christian fears about hypnosis (and what’s actually true) • The difference between discernment and fear-based rigidity • How the subconscious holds old stories and limiting beliefs • Why self-help strategies don’t create lasting change • How hypnosis mirrors the brain states in deep prayer and contemplation • Hannah’s birth experiences and the power of self-hypnosis • How to discern a grounded, trustworthy practitioner • The role of spirituality and faith in deep inner work Perfect for anyone curious about subconscious healing, inner transformation, and a faith-aligned path into deeper emotional freedom. The Way of Paradox: Finding God in the Contradiction—Where Pain Becomes a Portal
This episode offers a reframe of our understanding of pain, struggle, and life’s contradictions by introducing a radical spiritual lens: The Way of Paradox. Through the tension of opposites — grief and love, fear and faith, surrender and striving — we uncover not only the path to healing but the very ground where God meets us. Drawing inspiration from mystics like Meister Eckhart and depth psychologist Carl Jung, Hannah explores how true transformation doesn’t come from bypassing pain, but from walking through it — holding space for both light and dark. She shares a moving story from a funeral that sparked this reflection, and connects it with how Conversational Hypnosishelps us shift perspective, access the subconscious, and experience profound healing. If you’ve ever felt trapped in your struggle or disillusioned by surface-level “fixes,” this conversation offers you something deeper: a doorway to the divine within the very contradiction you’re facing. 💡 Topics Covered: The sacred paradox: why true growth often begins in tension Why light is accessed through darkness — not in spite of it The tension of opposites and its role in psychological/spiritual individuation Meister Eckhart’s teaching: God is the ground where opposites meet The spiritual trap of judging experiences as “good” or “bad” How grief can become despair — or a doorway to grace Carl Jung’s “third way” and what it means for your healing The Cross as a cosmic paradox of death and transcendence The power of subconscious work to reframe unsolvable problems Real-life insights from a recent client session (and the surprising message Hannah received herself) Why awareness of spiritual warfare is important — but fear doesn’t get the final say If you're in the stretch… If you’re in the middle of your own undoing, unraveling, or contradiction — this episode is here to offer illumination, not answers. You’re not broken. You’re becoming. And your healing might just begin in the paradox you're trying to avoid. ✨ Mentioned in This Episode: The Way of Paradox (teachings on Meister Eckhart) Carl Jung’s writings on the tension of opposites The Conversational Hypnosis approach Want to Go Deeper? Self-Regulation vs. Spiritual Connection: The Breath That Lands You at Your Center
Ep. 47 In a world overflowing with tools, teachings, and tactics for "healing"—why do so many of us still feel disconnected? In this powerful solo episode, Hannah invites you into a deeper conversation about embodiment, spiritual sovereignty, and the difference between regulating your nervous system… and being truly reconnected to Spirit. Whether you consider yourself religious, spiritual-but-not-religious, or just curious, this is a soul-stirring reminder that the ultimate tether isn’t found in the tools—but in what we make space for within. You’ll hear about: A moment of deep spiritual clarity through ancient ritual and stillness Why we can’t expect to carry the Spirit when we’re filled with trauma, striving, or self-will How externalizing our spirituality—through people, practices, or substances—keeps us from true embodiment What breathwork, brainwaves, and embodiment reveal about our spiritual design A candid reflection on psychedelics, plant medicine, and spiritual hunger And the pivotal question: what are YOU tethered to when the storm comes? This is an invitation to clear space—so that Spirit can breathe unobstructed through you. ✨ Key Quotes: “You will embody what you pay attention to. So what are you giving space to inside your soul?” “Regulation is powerful. But it’s not God. Tools are not the destination.” “God doesn’t force. Embodiment & Sovereignty in a Collective Spiritual Rebirth
In this powerful solo episode, Hannah Mae explores the sacred role of embodiment and the urgency of returning to our bodies in the face of collective chaos. She weaves a metaphor of labor and birth to describe this pivotal spiritual moment humanity is moving through — one that demands presence, breath, and trust. What happens when we disconnect from our body? What’s possible when we don’t? And how do we become vessels for spirit, not fear? From the power of intentional breath to the mystical design of childbirth, this episode is an invitation to reclaim your inner authority, your agency, and your soul’s alignment — breath by breath. Topics Covered: Disassociation as a trauma response Why shallow breathing limits our spiritual connection Labor, surrender, and altered states as spiritual metaphors The energy of attention & reclaiming sovereignty Christ consciousness, birth portals & embodiment as spiritual access points The role of “healers” and breathworkers in ushering in the new earth Mentioned: Greek, Hebrew, and Latin meanings of “breath” = Spirit Fear-Tension-Pain cycle (birth & life) Birth as a quantum and sacred experience ✨ A Note from Hannah: This is an invitation. Where in you feels tight, contracted, or closed? Can you bring your breath there — gently — and offer awareness instead of resistance? You don’t have to be ready. Ready for what? Just willing. Your breath is more than biology — it’s the quiet path back to yourself. Our evolution requires an honest and present curiosity. It begins right here. The Spiritual Science of Addiction Recovery | Beyond Quick Fixes
This week’s episode continues our deep dive into addiction — but this time we look at why so many “solutions” fall short. From watermelon fasts to supplements to sheer willpower, there’s no shortage of quick fixes and well-meaning advice in the recovery world. The problem? Most of them don’t address addiction at its root. Addiction is a threefold illness — mind, body, and soul — and unless all three levels are acknowledged, the cycle continues. That’s why supportive tools like therapy, exercise, or creative outlets can help but won’t fully heal on their own. In this episode, you’ll hear: Why therapy, exercise, and even accountability “teams” can support — but not cure — addiction The surprising research on AA/12-Step facilitation vs. other therapies (including long-term outcomes) Carl Jung, William James, and their profound influence on AA’s spiritual foundation How hypnosis can help access the same brain states linked to spiritual experience — offering a science-backed bridge to recovery (not a replacement) Why cross-addiction is so insidious, and what it reveals about the need for a deeper spiritual solution Powerful new research showing how dance outperforms even SSRIs for depression — and what that means for recovery supports If you’ve ever wondered why so many approaches don’t stick, this episode cuts through the noise. It blends research, spiritual insight, and lived experience to show why real recovery requires more than surface solutions. How Understanding and Naming Addiction Unlocks True Freedom: A Threefold Illness Explained
Too often, addiction is clouded by stigma, shame, and incomplete information. Misconceptions—like the belief that acknowledging powerlessness is weakness, or that labeling addiction is harmful—keep people stuck in cycles of pain and judgment. You’ll discover: 🌿 Addiction as a threefold illness — mind, body, and soul 🌿 Why “willpower” has nothing to do with recovery 🌿 The misunderstood role of naming and identifying addiction 🌿 How compassion heals both those in recovery and those harmed by addiction 🌿 Why spiritual solutions remain the foundation of true transformation Whether you’re on your own recovery path, supporting someone you love, or seeking deeper understanding, this conversation offers clarity, compassion, and hope. In this episode, we dive deep into the subconscious structures—limiting beliefs, inherited narratives, and protective identities—that keep you looping in patterns of disconnection and self-doubt. You’ll learn: How trauma births unconscious stories and emotional survival strategies Why these stories feel like “truth”—and how to gently dismantle them How the body and subconscious hold the map to your freedom Real-life examples of common limiting beliefs (like “I’m too much,” or “It’s hard,”) The role of crisis, breakdown, and disconnection as catalysts for reconnection Why hypnotherapy and soul-alignment work are so effective at dissolving these illusions and restoring clarity, creativity, and connection. Through the Dark Night: The Unraveling That Reconnects You | The Attachment & Identity Series
In this soulful solo episode, We unpack the mystical meaning behind the “Dark Night of the Soul.” Far beyond the pop psychology trend or secular interpretation, this is a spiritual rite of passage—a sacred corridor of detachment, purification, and divine transformation. Drawing from the original writings of St. John of the Cross and St. Teresa of Avila, Hannah invites you into the deeper purpose of spiritual suffering: not punishment, but preparation for divine union. You’ll hear about: The difference between spiritual shadow and psychological discomfort Why the absence of light may actually be God drawing closest The two stages of the Dark Night: of the senses and of the spirit The power of trust, surrender, and mystic rebirth Why intellect and effort can’t carry you through—but presence can The connection between attachments, avoidance, and awakening This is an episode for the seekers. For those who can’t go back to how things were. For those who feel the tug of something deeper but can’t quite name it. You’ll leave with reverence for your own inner process and the invitation to soften, trust, and allow the transformation to unfold. ✨ Reflection Prompt: What if the darkness you’re facing is not failure—but an invitation? The Paradox of Perfectionism – Presence Over Performance | The Attachment & Identity Series
Perfectionism often wears a mask of ambition, discipline, or “doing your best.” But beneath it? Fear. Survival. Self-abandonment. In this episode, Hannah unpacks the paradox of perfectionism — how it disconnects us from our authenticity, fractures identity, and keeps us in a cycle of never enough. She explores the trauma roots of people-pleasing, Carl Jung’s wisdom on the persona and individuation, and how both Scripture and a psycho-spiritual lens offer pathways back to wholeness. Through this soul-centered perspective, Hannah reflects on the deeper longing beneath perfectionism — not to perform, but to reunite with presence, God, and the truth of who we really are. ✨ Topics covered: • Perfectionism as a protective pattern • The trauma link: conditional love, nervous system survival, generational cycles • Jung’s teachings on shadow, self, and individuation • A biblical and spiritual lens on identity, perfection, and worth • Hypnosis as a tool to unlearn false programming • A moving reflection on reparenting, safety, and soul return You haven’t failed. Hijacked Identity: Addiction & the Return to The True Self | The Attachment Series
A raw and spiritually grounded episode exploring how addiction fragments identity — and how detachment, courage, and connection can bring us back home to who we truly are. In this deep and honest episode, we explore how addiction isn’t just about substances — it’s about attachment. From compulsive behaviors and codependency to addiction to chaos, fantasy, or control, all forms of addiction have one thing in common: they hijack our identity. We dive into how addiction forms around a perceived need for safety, love, or connection — and how that attachment, though once a survival strategy, becomes the very thing that disconnects us from our true self. Drawing on the wisdom of Carl Jung, Gabor Maté, Bruce Lipton, Dr. Silkworth, Bill W., and Hannah’s own long-term recovery journey — along with clients and other courageous souls she’s witnessed in transformation — this episode is a raw and nuanced exploration of: Why addiction is an attachment to illusion — and how it hijacks identity How denial, fantasy, and survival strategies mask themselves as normalcy What it means to become what you're attached to — and how that changes your very self-perception The real reason people stay stuck (it’s not about willpower) Why addiction is a spiritual problem — and how spiritual reconnection is the only lasting solution How original identity gets buried under protective personas and false beliefs The role of nervous system healing, subconscious rewiring, and presence in recovery The sacred moment of clarity — and why it’s only the beginning From codependency and control to compulsive patterns and spiritual disconnection, this episode unpacks how addiction fractures us from our true nature — and why healing requires nothing less than a return to your God-given identity. You are not your pattern. Your true self is still intact beneath the attachments. Healing is possible. And your wholeness is calling you home. Referenced Thinkers & Resources: Dr. Gabor Maté — on trauma, addiction, and authenticity Bruce Lipton — on epigenetics, the subconscious, and how thought influences biology Dr. Silkworth & Bill W. — on spiritual malady, psychic change, and the AA solution Carl Jung — on identity, shadow, and spiritual awakening David Hawkins — Map of Consciousness and the power of courage to shift energy states Scripture: 1 Corinthians 6:19 — “Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit…” Romans 12:2 — “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” Ready to reconnect with your true self? ✨ Explore Soul Detox + 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® here: https://maebmindful.com 🕊️ Download your free Peace & Grounding Meditation here: https://maebmindful.com/newsletter-sign-up

Whether your beliefs were shaped by well-meaning caregivers, teachers, religious messages, or survival roles, there’s always a path back to who you really are — and it begins with awareness. We explore: How childhood beliefs shape identity and self-worth Why authority figures’ words stick — and how to unstick them Why positive affirmations often don’t work when it comes to deeper, habituated beliefs The power of reparenting and subconscious healing Identity, survival roles, and the creation of the false self Individuation, shadow work, and the dark night of the soul Strengthening your spiritual connection and inner power Using discernment and boundaries to support your transformation A Mother’s Day reflection on growth, love, and the gift of motherhood Stay connected: Free meditation + newsletter: maebmindful.com/newsletter-sign-up Instagram: @maebmindful Website: https://maebmindful.com YouTube: @MaeBMindful TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@maebmindful

Awakened Attention: Embodying Change Through Conscious Awareness and Choice
This episode is Part 2 of our ongoing Attachment Series — a journey into how attention, embodiment, and energetic boundaries silently yet clearly shape our lives. Today, we're exploring the unseen forces that influence your state of being — and how reclaiming your focus can transform not just your energy, but the reality you're living. What you give your attention to… you begin to embody. What you embody… shapes your energy, your nervous system, and the direction of your life. In this powerful installment of the Attachments series, we explore embodiment, attention, and the often-unnoticed ways they influence your identity, your energy, and your ability to live with peace and clarity. This is a gentle but activating episode — designed to help you get honest about where your energy is going, and how to realign it. ✨ In this episode, you’ll learn: How to recognize the energy you're unconsciously embodying (and how to shift it) How to effectively utilize your environment as a tool to shift your frequency — including grounding, the Schumann Resonance, and the power of light The connection between attention, identity, and emotional regulation How to tell when your energy is being hijacked — and how to come back home to yourself Why you are not powerless (and how to reclaim agency through small, sacred choices) You’ll leave this episode with a deeper understanding of how powerful your awareness really is — and how these seemingly subtle forces of attention and embodiment are, in fact, not subtle at all. One shapes the other. Together, they influence your energy, your identity, and the reality you live inside of — from your moment-to-moment experience to the direction of your entire life. 💫 Ready to deepen your reconnection and detox what’s clouding your soul? Letting Go of Who You Were Taught to Be: Releasing Attachments & Reclaiming Identity
In this powerful episode, we explore the subtle — and often invisible — ways that attachments shape our identity and keep us disconnected from our true self, purpose, and spiritual clarity. Many of us are not lost… we're just overly attached to who we were taught to be. Through personal stories, spiritual reflection, and grounded insights, I unpack how attachments to beliefs, roles, and conditioning become so intertwined with identity that we mistake them for truth. Drawing on Don Miguel Ruiz Jr.’s The Five Levels of Attachment, we walk through what it looks like to loosen the grip, reclaim your inner authority, and reconnect with the voice of your soul. This episode offers both spiritual depth and practical direction for anyone feeling stuck, misaligned, or unsure of who they really are — and why that matters more than ever. What You’ll Hear in This Episode: What identity truly is — and how it gets distorted How attachments to beliefs, roles, and outside validation block inner freedom The 5 Levels of Attachment and how to recognize them in your own life What it feels like to internalize false projections and narratives Why resistance, defensiveness, and rigidity often signal misalignment How to begin detaching with grace — and why it's often uncomfortable before it's liberating Reflections on family roles, cultural programming, and spiritual disconnection A gentle invitation to return home to your true self Featured Quote: “Self-judgment resides where self-acceptance wishes to be.” – Don Miguel Ruiz Jr. DM or email me your insights, questions, or “aha” moments — I love hearing what resonates. But what if I told you that’s only half the truth? The real truth? Confidence isn’t earned—it’s remembered. It’s been within you this whole time. By consciously choosing love, we can navigate adversity with grace, foster inner peace, and experience joy. We discuss how love, when fully embraced, becomes a guiding force that not only elevates our personal lives but also connects us to a higher state of consciousness and fulfillment.
