    Are you self sabotaging? We have to start being self-aware so we can help not only our self but our babies 🫶🏻

    Sometimes the old-fashioned way isn’t so bad! Writing things down can allow you to actually remember them because, let’s be honest, we’re going to forget.

    Shift your mindset

    Homeschooling may not have been my first choice, but I get the opportunity to tech my son in a unique way. Mindset is half the battle and it’s always YOUR choice!

    Self sabotage

    Don’t let self sabotage get in the way and stack onto YOU being overwhelmed.

    Slow down a little

    Life is always so fast, remember to slow down a little and enjoy it!

    What brings you joy?

    If it doesn’t bring you joy, peace or happiness, don’t do it!

    Unscrambling yourself

    Can we normalize disassociating please, because I had no idea I was doing it. Let unscramble those thoughts together!

    Setting boundaries is important!

    You have to set boundaries in order to keep your energy protected.

    Becoming self aware

    Becoming self aware is so important and I thought I was until I wasn’t. It can be hard to decipher between what you know and what you actually need to know. So let’s break it down friends!

    Finding your people

    If you don’t have anyone to help you through the bumps in life, you need to find some!!

    Get away

    It’s hard being a parent, so sometimes you have to get away and take a break!

    Parenting is hard AF

    You don’t have to be perfect to be a parent, you just have to love your kids unconditionally and be happy together!

    It’s not going anywhere

    Whatever it is that needs done isn’t going anywhere. Breathe and know that you will get to it when you can, it doesn’t have to be all at once!

    Trying to balance it all out

    Sometimes we overstimulate ourself, because we have too much to do. If we can just balance it all out it would make a huge difference in how we react.
