I’m Matt. I’m 39 years old and I’m a Paramedic. After being in the ambulance service for 6 years and Primary Care for another 10.I want to talk about something clinicians of every profession have and that’s professional paranoia. “Did I do it right…” “Did Mr X get better…” “What happens if…”Its perfectly natural, but I want to explore, with the help of some friends and other professionals how we use this as a positive.
