We've all heard or read that soy intake is good for our health but according to Dr. Heather Patisaul's research soy phytoestrogens can have adverse health effects in certain groups of the population. Dr. Patisaul is a Professor of Biological Sciences in the Center for Human Health and the Environment at NC State University.
