    In this first episode, I talk about why we need to rethink wellbeing in the legal profession. I'll introduce the reason why we should be thinking differently about wellbeing. Why thinking differently is necessary to sustain high performance and I'll introduce the mental health continuum highlighting how the demands of the legal profession can automatically challenge lawyers mental health and prevent them from performing.
