It's been a while but Chalee took some time off from his vacation between jobs to finally finish this podcast interview that took 2 tries and almost 2 years to complete. It's been a while but we're back! The Racing Foolz take a break from their busy schedules to talk about how the current Cup season has gone so far and Chalee tries to stay humble, Cory and Jeffrey give their opinion as to why Larson is winning every race and Tommy thinks Jimmie Johnson is having second thoughts about retirement.

While Chalee and Cory were waiting for Tommy and Jeffrey to do the NASCAR preview podcast earlier this year, they started chatting about Indycar and decided to hit record and make a podcast from it. They discuss the drivers who have changed teams, make some bold predictions and predict who they think will walk away with the title.

Chalee has been wanting to talk about MotoGP for a long time and this week he finally gets to when he chats with his buddy Joaquin about the 2021 season. In this episode they break down all of the changes since the end of last season, revisit the Rossi/Marquez beef and give their predictions for the upcoming year.  

This week we get to throw it back to our roots as we sit down with former champion R/C car racer and current track owner, promoter and announcer Jimmy Babcock! Jimmy tells us how he got started in the R/C business, we joke about the olden days of 90s R/C technology and talk about why certain trends come and go.

This week Super Comp champion and Pick the Pros commissioner Matt Fischle joins Chalee to chat about the upcoming NHRA season. We discuss all of the off-season moves, highlight drivers to watch and make our predictions.

This week the Racing Foolz welcome one of motorsports most accomplished broadcasters as Marty Reid stops by to chat about a number of topics including how he got started in television, his involvement in off-road racing and the differences between the early days of motorsports television compared to today.  

The 2021 Daytona 500 is over and we look back on a race that saw an unexpected winner, Tommy reminds us of how Dale Earnhardt got his revenge and Jeffrey explains why we need to bring back qualifying.  

This week we get the whole Low Budget TV gang together to preview the upcoming 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season! We discuss the drivers who have changed teams, give our thoughts on the schedule and make our playoff and championship 4 predictions.  

This conversation took a while to make happen but it was worth the wait! The Racing Foolz welcomed Jackslash himself, Sean Buckley to the show and got to know how a kid from California would make his mark in the Indiana Sprint Car scene. The stories were plentiful from working on Thursday Night Thunder with Larry Rice and later on SPEED channel with Dave Despain to surviving drive-by shootings with Tim Kaeding, this conversation had it all!

The Racing Foolz survived a 2021 iRacing Rolex 24 that had it all! From a 4-hour delay to a competitor getting arrested while racing, this year's endurance classic was one that will not soon be forgotten! We get the whole gang together to talk about our improbable run and get an early head start on planning for next year.  

We open 2021 with our first repeat guest as we welcome back Jason Galvin and catch up on drag racing, chat about the iRacing Rolex 24 and Chalee recalls the time he ate Dale Jr.'s sandwich.  

The Racing Foolz break down an interesting Championship Weekend from Phoenix, discuss the surreal suite experience, their encounter with Ross Chastain at Rudy's BBQ and share their nostalgic purchases from the merchandise gypsy tents.  

After a few weeks off the Racing Foolz meet up to review an unfathomable Martinsville, preview the Final 4 and discuss how they learned that Jeff Gordon was a NorCal gangster.  

We've been a bit quiet this month because of work commitments but because it's Halloween I thought I should repost one of our test podcasts that we did from last year to remember Greg Moore who we lost on this day 21 years ago at Fontana. 

We weren't planning on doing a Talladega review but it was so crazy we decided to talk about it and discuss the yellow line, why William Byron is at fault, annoying fan bases and how NBC dropped the ball.  

This week Corvette Racing legend Andy Pilgrim chats with the Racing Foolz about his storied career. Andy's path to racing stardom was certainly the road less traveled and he talks about his humble beginnings after moving to the United States, his surreal experience being teammates with Dale Earnhardt Sr. at Corvette Racing and his efforts to improve traffic safety.   

The Racing Foolz wrapped up their second trip of the year to All American Speedway and review the Thunderstruck 127 presented by 51 FIFTY with third place finisher Jonathan Mawhinney.  

After a wild Round 1, the Racing Foolz examine the carnage that has destroyed their NASCAR playoff brackets and in this episode we take a look at Tommy's Nostradamus-like miracle picks, Cheap Chalee rants about Ryan Blaney costing him a sandwich and the trio examine the first two major silly season dominoes to fall with the #42 and presumed #23 car.  

The Racing Foolz survived 500 laps at Irwindale last weekend and chat all about it with the winner of the SPEARS Manufacturing Modified Series race, "Fast" Eddie Secord, who claimed both the checkered flag and the points lead.  

After a week off the Racing Foolz convene to preview this weekend's SPEARS Modified Series race at Irwindale Speedway and welcome series points leader "The Boss" Jeremy Doss to chat about the challenges of running on the 1/3 mile layout this weekend and his thoughts on the season so far.

With Labor Day around the corner the Racing Foolz decided to discuss a seemingly forgotten event that happened on Labor Day 22 years ago. In the middle of the boom period for NASCAR, a race in the streets of Los Angeles was held featuring the NASCAR Southwest Tour and it featured a number of huge names including Mark Martin, Ron Hornaday Jr. and Ken Schrader. To commemorate the anniversary of this race we bring in Larry Collins who helped make the event happen and Craig Raudman who won the third and final edition of the race to chat about this event that will forever be a part of Southern California racing history.  

The NASCAR Playoffs are upon us so the Racing Foolz make their bracket predictions. Join us as we quickly review Daytona, make ridiculous picks on our brackets with our buddy Levi and discuss our favorite Darlington throwback schemes.    

With Crandon coming up, we thought it would be a great time to chat with one of the fastest drivers to ever race an off-road truck so this week Kyle LeDuc joins the Racing Foolz where we talk about the Short Course boom in 2007, his rivalry with the late Rick Huseman, thoughts on track design and some entertaining stories in between.  

We still had space in our Libsyn account so instead of having it all go to waste we decided to do some bench racing about Daytona while racing on iRacing at Daytona. While trying to avoid the iRacing carnage we discuss the bubble drivers who still have a realistic shot at pointing their way in, possible team tactics, wildcards we'd like to see win their way in and who we think will miss the cut.

This week MAVTV and FloRacing announcer Rob Klepper drops by for a fun chat with the Racing Foolz and we talk about how he got into the motorsports biz, his secret past as a champion skeet shooter and ask why he still hasn't attended the Indy 500.

This week the Racing Foolz continue their two-part interview with Robby Unser and today we talk about his open-wheel career including his 5th place finish as a rookie at the 1998 Indy 500, his thoughts on the cookie-cutter nature of modern day racing and his interesting side job working for automotive manufacturers with other aspiring race car drivers.  

With both the Pikes Peak Hillclimb and Indianapolis 500 coming up this month we decided to talk to a guy who knows a thing or two about both events as we welcomed 9-time Pikes Peak champion Robby Unser to the Racing Foolz podcast for a special 2-part interview. In this episode we talk all about Pikes Peak and Robby tells us how he got his ride with factory Peugeot, the differences between crashing off of a mountain vs. hitting a wall and his thoughts on the event today.

This week the Racing Foolz chat with one of the most influential figures in the performance street car industry as we sit down with FM3 Performance Marketing President & CEO Jimi Day. We talk about how he got his start in the automotive industry, how he's been able to develop lasting relationships with clients and the success of some of FM3's crown jewel events including OPTIMA's Ultimate Street Car Invitational and LS Fest.

The Racing Foolz were at Irwindale Speedway last weekend covering the SRL Southwest Tour for SPEARS Racing TV so today we review all of the action including Linny White snapping Derek Thorn's win streak, Dylan Lupton's epic 3-wide pass for the lead and the tight Modified Series points battle.

In honor of the Month of May the Racing Foolz welcome their first Open Wheel guest as Chip Ganassi Racing hauler driver and spotter Robbie Fast joins us to chat about all things Indycar. We take a trip down memory lane to talk about how he got his start in the CART series, the dreaded split, the unbelievable U.S. 500 debacle and how he ended up in his current role as spotter for the legendary Scott Dixon.
