All hosted by Captain Mark. Please note that Captain Mark's company, H2O Captain Eco-Tour Private Boat Excursions, has a Special Use Authorization permit from the Reserve to bring up to 6 passengers onto this beautiful barrier island protecting Beaufort, NC.
