What is AI Saying About You?
Send us Fan MailA few weeks ago I decided to have a little fun at the end of a long workday and asked ChatGPT one simple question: "What can you tell me about Teresa Schlup?" I’ve Googled myself for years out of curiosity, so this felt like a natural progression. The results were fascinating! AI saw me not just as a web designer, but as a "translator" between a business and its audience. It got me thinking... If AI can see me that clearly, what else is it seeing that I might be missing? I’ve tried traditional brand audits before with surveys and coaches, but I rarely got the return on investment I was looking for. Clients don't want to hurt your feelings, and coaches don’t always know your heart. But AI is objective. It doesn’t care about my feelings; it just tells me what the data says.In today’s episode, I’m sharing how you can use AI as an objective strategist to do a deep-dive brand audit on your own schedule and budget. I’ll even share the five categories of questions you need to ask to see if your messaging is actually attracting your dream clients. (And please excuse my "scattered puppy brain" today! My new puppy, Remy, is sleeping at my feet and being his adorable, naughty self!)Questions I asked...Category 1: The Basics"What can you tell me about [Insert Name or Business Name]?""What kind of clients would be best for this business?""Does this business feel approachable or intimidating?"Category 2: Experience and Clarity"Is it immediately obvious what this business offers?""Does this business sound experienced?"Category 3: Gauging Emotional Reactions"Does this brand feel trustworthy?""Does this business feel confident or uncertain?"Category 4: Money and Mechanics"Does this business feel high-end, mid-range, or budget-focused?""What assumptions would you make about their pricing based on their messaging?""Would you expect a streamlined experience or a highly customized experience?"Category 5: Hard Truth Questions"Does this business sound more experienced than its website looks?""Does anything weaken the trust?"The Ultimate Test: "If you had to summarize this business in one sentence, what would you say?"What I hope you take away from today's episode...AI isn’t just a tool for writing emails; it’s an objective mirror that can show you the branding gaps you’re too close to see.Traditional audits often fail because of human bias, but AI only cares about the data you’ve put out into the world. There are 5 key areas to audit: The Basics, Experience & Clarity, Emotional Reaction, Money & Mechanics, and the Hard Truths.Your visuals must support your words. If your website looks janky but your copy sounds elite, you’re creating a "trust gap" that AI can help you spot. The ultimate test of your brand's clarity is whether AI can summarize your business in one clear, punchy sentence.Links to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode...IntelligentX Brewing Co. When Your Brand Finally Feels Like You (The Nicole Schmidt Story)
Send us Fan MailLast week, we talked about the cost of pretending and how sometimes we just have to "try things on for size" to find our true niche in the world. Well, this week, we have someone who has found her niche. She went from pretending to be "Positively Powerful" to living through the "Schmidts" in a very real, genuine, and authentic way. Her business has blossomed in more ways than you can imagine in four short years. If you love hearing a success story, this episode, my friends, is one you don't want to miss. What I hope you take away from today's episode... It’s okay to "try things on for size." Finding your niche is a journey. Don't be afraid to pivot if your current brand feels like a costume; "trying on" different directions is often the only way to find the one that fits perfectly.Authenticity is your greatest shortcut. When you stop pretending and start "heart-branding," the work begins to flow. Content, design, and marketing become easy because they are simply an extension of your true self.Your hardest seasons can become your most powerful mission. Nicole turned her personal experience with the "Schmidts" of life into a business that provides genuine connection. Your lived experience is often where your most valuable business offerings are hidden.Give yourself permission to do it your way. Whether you are navigating grief or growing a business, there is no "hierarchy" or set of rules you have to follow. Success happens when you lean into what is natural to you, rather than trying to copy the "gurus."Links to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... The Real Cost of Pretending
Send us Fan MailToday I’m getting real about a piece of advice we hear all the time in business: "fake it till you make it." Honestly? I hate that advice. After seeing a totally staged, AI-generated post on social media from an acquaintance, I started thinking about the high price we pay when we pretend to be someone we aren’t.In this episode, I’m sharing my own journey of tossing out the "different hats" I felt I had to wear in the corporate world and what happened when I finally started showing up as the real me. We’re talking about why pretending attracts the wrong people, how it drains your energy, and why focusing on becoming a better version of yourself is so much more powerful than just appearing like one. What I hope you take away from today's episode...Why the "fake it" mentality backfires: Understand how playing a role actually attracts the wrong clients and collaborators into your circle. The true cost of appearances: Why keeping up a persona is the fastest way to hit burnout and lose sight of your original dream. It’s okay to "try things on": Why following the wrong path for a little while isn’t a failure—it’s actually a necessary part of figuring out who you really are.Becoming vs. Appearing: Why real success lives in doing the work to improve yourself rather than spending that same energy trying to look successful for others.Previous Episodes Mentioned that you may want to check out... Let’s Play a Game… Are You a Boundary Pusher or the Eraser?
Send us Fan MailBoundaries sound simple… until you actually start paying attention to how they show up in your day-to-day life.In this episode, we’re playing a little game: Are you the boundary pusher… or the boundary eraser? Through real-life scenarios you’ll probably recognize immediatelyWe will be taking a closer look at the small, everyday moments where boundaries get tested, ignored, or quietly disappear. Some of these might feel uncomfortably familiar. You might see yourself showing up as the one overcommitting, over giving, or saying “it’s fine” when it really isn’t.Or you might catch yourself pushing limits without even realizing it.Either way, this isn’t about blame. It’s about awareness.Because once you can see the pattern, you can start to change it, and create healthier, more respectful relationships in every area of your life. What I hope you take away from today's episode...Not every boundary issue is someone else’s faultSometimes we’re participating in the pattern without realizing itYou can be both a boundary pusher and a boundary eraser depending on the situationAvoiding uncomfortable conversations doesn’t keep the peaceYou don’t have to be rude to be honest. Pretty Doesn’t Mean It Works
Send us Fan MailHave you ever experienced something that looked amazing… but didn’t actually work?I have and today I am sharing a little behind the scenes of my trip to coast that sparked a bigger conversation about something I see all to often in business... Good ideas with good intentions, but poor execution.I'm sharing everything from the beautiful design details, incredible cookies, and sketchy bathroom that made it very clear that “pretty” isn’t enough. I will be chatting about intention and execution, and why choosing excellence (even when it’s harder) is what actually sets you apart from every other business out there! What I hope you take away from today's episode... If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t matter how good it looks.Good intentions don’t equal good delivery.“Good enough” might be quietly costing you more than you realize.Excellence doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing the right things well.People remember how your work made their life easier... or harder.Links to connect with me... Book a Consult HERE! The "Fairy Tale" Business Mindset
Send us Fan MailHave you ever caught yourself waiting for a "magic bean" or a "glass slipper" moment to finally catapult your business to the next level? I've been there, and even when it does happen it is never as great as we think it will be.Today, I’m taking a trip down fairytale lane to look at how the stories we loved as kids, and the ones we still tell ourselves today, that might be messing with our business mindset. I am sharing why I actually think Jack and the Beanstalk is really a story about a lazy thief how Cinderella is actually one incredibly empowered woman who didn't need saving. We’re diving into:The Integrity Filter: Why popular opinion shouldn't dictate your business ethics. The "Ever After" Shift: Lessons from my favorite movie, Ever After, on why you don’t need a fairy godmother (or a viral video) to save you.Strategic Hard Work vs. Busy Work: Shifting the narrative from waiting for "the big break" to creating your own luck through resilience.Dealing with the "Stepmothers": How to protect your energy from people who try to diminish your worth. What I hope you take away from today's episode... Don't be afraid to let your ideas and perceptions be challenged. Embrace the good in life... ALWAYS! You don't need to be saved or rescued. You create your own dream... your own success. The Power of Design with Angela Cunningham
Send us Fan MailOne of the things I hear the most from new potential clients is, "I just don't know that I... have enough... am enough... to have a good website." And from my seat at the computer looking in I see how much modesty is getting in the way of letting them shine! Most of us are way better at what we do than we give ourselves credit for, and yet we sometimes still play small and hide waiting for "one day" when we are ready. Today I am chatting with my client, Angela Cunningham of Hemstitch Interior Design who decided not to wait, and who's new website has helped her shine for the world to see in new and unexpected ways. We talk about about websites, copywriting, the process of getting to launch and what it really looks like to be an interior designer. What I hope you take away from today's episode... The importance of strategic content, including words and images, for SEO and client attractionHow a well-crafted website acts as a digital handshake and confidence boosterThe process behind capturing a client’s personality and business essenceOvercoming modesty and self-doubt to confidently promote your expertiseDesigning with purpose: reflecting processes, values, and personalityLinks to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... The Down & Dirty Truth of Transformation with Rachel Burr
Send us Fan MailWe often think of transformation as this magical moment when everything beautifully falls into place, but for me transformation is far from beautiful. It is messy, ugly and comes with lots of doubts and tears, and yet, I continue to seek out change because on the other side of that ugly transformation is always something better. If you are going through your own transformation or just thinking about it, today’s episode is for you… What I hope you take away from today's episode... Do You Have What It Takes to Make The “Dream” Happen?
Send us Fan MailDo you have what it takes to make your dreams happen? This is a question a lot of us struggle with, when building our business, especially building a business solo. And we often hear well intentioned encouragement that says something like... "You can do anything you put your mind to."That is sweet and kind of true, but it takes a lot more than will power to make this dream of running a business come true, and today I am sharing with you the 8 character strengths that all solopreneurs need to find the success they are chasingWhat I am talking about in today's episode... Can I Really Get Paid to Do This?
Send us Fan Mail I recently had a fascinating conversation about the Hero's Journey by Joseph Campbell? It has been years since I really did anything with this, but I admit it is one of those concepts that has stuck with me. Just in case you haven’t heard about it, or need a refresher, it is a journey of struggle, triumph and transformation that we all go through. One where the hero overcomes incredible obstacles to become this amazing and inspirational person. It is a beautifully simplistic romantic story and one we all can relate to, especially on this entrepreneurial journey, Simplicity IS unrealistic when building a life and business of your dreams, and yet it is a path we all still follow. What I hope you take away from today's episode... There is no "one right way" to explore the dream Sometimes taking the route of strategy and exploration is what you need Sometimes you may want to dive in and learn by doing Both paths can lead to success or disaster, so it really comes down to choosing what's right for you. And most importantly... No one can choose the right path for you. Only YOU know what will work best! Links to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... During times of boredom I have said yes to opportunities I regret, made commitments I dread, and started and invested tons of money into hobbies that were only mildly interesting. And as a solo business owner I have spent hours upon hours on busy work that did nothing… and I mean nothing… to actually build my business. Looking at the Competition? Here's how to do it Without Losing Your Confidence
Send us Fan MailLooking at our competition is normal, it can even be healthy and a strategic way to grow your business. It can help you better understand shifts and changes in your industry, and inspire you to try new approaches or even new services. But taking a look at the competition can be a slippery slope my friends, as I am sure you have already discovered for yourself. If we aren’t careful our strategic looksie into what the competition is doing can lead to second-guessing our approach to everything from our marketing to our services. It can have us chasing trends, and making decisions that don’t align with our brand or support our goals. And it can seriously chip away at our confidence, and have us doubting our ability to be successful. Today, we are taking an up close and personal look at the competition together, and how to do it without losing our confidence. What I hope you take away from today's episode... Getting Organized for a Thriving 2026
Send us Fan MailYour business needs to evolve to carry the weight of business growth. Let's move from survival to sustainable and get your house in order.Early on in our business there was this clear path to follow. It may not have felt clear, but looking back we can see there was a checklist of sorts to complete that put systems in place that would support us so we could officially say, “I am open for business.” Once that checklist was completed it was time to get down to the business of building our business. We networked, collaborated, and of course sought out new clients, and kept a pretty busy schedule trying to fit it all in, all while those systems were in the background doing their job. Like me, you might not have checked in on those systems all that much. After all it wasn’t like you didn’t have other pressing and more urgent things to take care of. And no doubt what you put into place to get things going has probably served you well, but here is something we don’t often think about… Those systems we initially put into place to support our business were designed by and for a startup fledgling business. What I hope you take away from today's episode... When Saying "Yes" Costs Too Much with Emily Aborn
Send us Fan MailHave you ever found yourself reading a book or listening to podcast, that grabs you so much you drop what you are doing, grab your notebook and start taking notes? That is what happened, when I first listened to the episode The Cost of Yes: Saying 'no' with kindness and ease on The Small Business Casual podcast by Emily Aborn. I started by jotting a few key phrases down on post-it notes, as ideas to work into my own podcast. Soon, I was curled up in my favorite chair with notebook in hand scribbling down all sorts of ideas and repeatedly say, "Yes! So true!" Maybe this was because I had just recorded our Tuesday episode Saying “No” as a Growth Strategy with Lesley Myrick, or perhaps it was because I know how important a kindly shared "no" can be when growing your business. Whatever the reason, I knew I had to bring Emily's words of wisdom to my own show. So I reach out and asked if I could re-air this episode here on The Solo Grind! And that is what we are sharing in this episode. Those subtle cues... a glance away, crossed arms, a shift in tone... can tell you more than words ever will.Today Nancy Quinn, a body language trainer, and Business Coach for Interior Designers, joins me, and she is sharing how to read the room (or the Zoom) like a pro. We talk about what your own body language might be saying before you even open your mouth, how to build instant trust through simple adjustments, and why being observant, not overbearing, is the real secret to closing more sales and building better client relationships.Nancy’s advice is equal parts mindset and mechanics, The kind of simple, powerful tweaks that help you communicate with confidence, connect more deeply, and create smoother projects all around. What I hope you take away from this episode:☕ How to tune into energy and emotional cues☕ If a client looks hesitant while agreeing, don’t ignore it. When Clarity Takes a Vacation
Send us Fan MailAwww… clarity! The elusive state of knowing exactly what you want at any given moment. As solo small business owners, clarity can be hard to find sometimes. There are so many ideas out there about what we should want, as well as how we should go about getting it, and let’s not forget the shoulds that define what success is supposed to look like for us. Send us Fan MailAs a solo small business owner, I am never short on dreams. I have dreams for the future, dreams about where I want to take my business, even dreams about what next week will look like. Thankfully that experience wasn't all that serious, but it was the catalyst I needed to help me remember it is okay to rethink our dreams! What I hope you take away from today's episode... ☕ Dreams aren't always (if ever) easy, but they are worth it when they are real ☕ It's okay to rethink your dreams... pivot... and change direction ☕ Others may scoff or laugh at your dreams. Build a Stronger Business by Leaning Into Discomfort
Send us Fan MailLast week, while researching the topic of the "must have" business tools and resources, I was stunned to see Customer Service tossed at the bottom of the list, like a an afterthought. From my earliest days of being employed, customer service has been at the core of what I do, and without good customer service practices in place I don't think I would have a business. Seeing it listed as such a low priority and got me asking A LOT of questions. Those questions lead me to today's episode building solid relationships by leaning into discomfort first. According to a Psychology Today article, Embracing Growth and Relationship Discomfort "Strong and fulfilling relationships require vulnerability, open communication, and a willingness to embrace discomfort." And that is what we are going to be doing today. Here is a more in depth look at what you'll find in today's episode... ☕ Why I believe listing customer service last is truly the elephant in the room☕ Solid reasons as to why customer retention is so much more effective and fun that customer acquisition ☕ 7 Steps on ho to lean into the discomfort to build stronger and longer lasting business relationshipsIf you've been struggling to build long lasting relationships with your customers, or just a little curious as to how leaning into discomfort can build stronger more fulfilling relationships, grab your cup of coffee and tune in. What I hope you take away from today's episode... ☕ Customer service should never be an after thought, it should be the cornerstone of your business☕ Before you can make real connections you need to lean in to discomfort ☕ How to recognize discomfort within yourself and use it to your advantage ☕ When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable we are essentially connecting with our most genuine and authentic selves. ☕ How allowing our beliefs to be challenged we gain a better understanding of what those around us☕ And how that understanding can lead to stronger relationships build on trust and mutual respect. Tools, resources, software hardware... the list goes on and one and can get quite overwhelming really fast! Let's Finish 2025 Strong with Emily Aborn
Send us Fan MailToday I am sitting down with my good friend, go-to copywriter and fellow podcaster Emily Aborn to talk about all the noise around Marketing at the end of the year and why most of it simply doesn’t work for solo entrepreneurs. There is an incredible pressure to scale, the lure of shiny offers, and the shiesty marketing tactics that create fake urgency or play on guilt. Profit, Growth, and Intuition with Megan Dahle
Send us Fan MailIn this episode of The Solo Grind, I sit down with my friend Megan Dahle, a business strategist and fractional CFO, to talk about something that used to terrify me—numbers. We dig into how creative entrepreneurs (yes, even the “I’m not a numbers person” crowd) can feel empowered by really seeing and understanding what’s going on in their business finances.Megan and I talk about the power of visibility, why mentorship matters, and the very real challenges women face in a business world that wasn’t built for us. She shares how she works with clients in a way that’s personal, supportive, and focused on building clarity—often starting with a little self-forgiveness to release the financial baggage we’ve been carrying. We also get into her Vital Four framework, the four outcomes every business needs to pay attention to, and how knowing whether you’re in a growth cycle or a profit cycle can completely change the way you make decisions. What I hope you take away from today's episode... ☕ You don’t have to be a “numbers person” to get a clear handle on your business finances. You just need the right approach.☕ Visibility is power. When you truly see what’s going on with your money, you can make better, more confident decisions.☕ Mentorship isn’t about handing over control. It’s about learning to speak the same language as your numbers.☕ Financial baggage is real, but it doesn’t have to define how you run your business. Self-forgiveness is part of the process.☕ The Vital Four — Outreach, Sales, Capacity, and Stewardship — are the levers that drive your growth and profit.☕ Your business naturally cycles between growth and profit phases. Knowing which one you’re in can save you stress, money, and wasted energy.☕ Intuition belongs in your business decisions, especially when it comes to your financial strategy.Links to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... ☕ Megan Dahle's Website https://www.megandahle.com/☕ Profit First Buy the BookLinks to connect with me... So if you’ve been circling that idea, itching for more, or feeling just a little too comfortable, grab your favorite mug and let’s talk about why you’re more ready than you think. What I hope you take away from today's episode... ☕ You don’t need to feel 100% ready to take the next step. Being ready and willing is enough.☕ Outgrowing your comfort zone is a sign that it’s time to grow.☕ That idea that keeps circling your brain? It’s not random. It’s a nudge.☕ Feeling stuck, bored, or restless isn’t failure. It’s an invitation to explore something new.☕ You don’t need a big, flashy launch to uplevel. Small, aligned steps count just as much.☕ There’s no “right way” to grow your business. Your way is the right way.Links to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... ☕ What I Learned from The "Real Life Wizard of Oz" episodeLinks to connect with me... Book a Consult HERE! Your Best Clients Are Already in Front of You
Send us Fan MailIn this episode of The Solo Grind, I’m talking about something we don’t talk about enough. Nurturing the people who are already here. It’s so easy to get caught up chasing new leads, new followers, new subscribers… but the real magic happens when you take care of the ones who already said yes. I’m sharing why focusing on those existing relationships can actually grow your business faster (and feel better, too), plus simple ways to keep your clients and audience engaged, happy, and excited to come back, and even bring others along with them. Let me show you how loving the ones you’re with can build a business you actually want to wake up to.What I hope you take away from today's episode... ☕ Chasing “more” isn’t the only way to grow your business, and it’s not always the best way.☕ The people who already said yes deserve your time, energy, and attention first!☕ Happy clients are your best marketing tool. Referrals and testimonials start with a great experience.☕ You don’t need thousands of followers to have a thriving business. You just need to show up for the ones you have.☕ Little things go a long way: a personal note, a check-in, a thank you can mean more than a flashy campaign.☕ Building something meaningful and sustainable feels better than running yourself ragged chasing numbers.☕ It’s okay to slow down and serve the people who already believe in you. They’re the ones who will help you grow.Links to connect with me... Book a Consult HERE! What I learned from the “Real Life Wizard of Oz”
Send us Fan MailIn this episode of The Solo Grind, I’m honoring someone who made a big impact on my entrepreneurial journey: Steve Sims.Steve was an author, coach, creative disruptor, a fellow lover of a really god old fashion, and one of the most unapologetically real people I’ve ever had the privilege to learn from. His books and his speakeasy event shaped the way I approach my business, my clients, and even myself.Today, I’m sharing three of the most powerful lessons I learned from Steve:☕ It's not enough to put yourself in a smarter room. You need to have a conversation with the people in the room.☕ Move on when things aren't working. After all "no one drowns by falling into the water. They drown by staying there."☕ It's not going to happen if it benefits only you. "If there is no passion there is no point." If you’ve been feeling stuck or unsure of your next step, I think Steve’s wisdom (through my eyes) will give you just the push you need. Here’s to showing up with passion, purpose, and a really good cup of coffee. What I hope you take away from today's episode... ☕ Moving on from unproductive situations is essential.☕ Passion is key to creating value in business.☕ Entrepreneurship is about authenticity, not just success.☕ Networking can lead to unexpected opportunities.☕ It's important to define what you truly want as an entrepreneur.☕ Don't get caught up in arbitrary goals like follower counts.☕ Real connections can lead to personal and professional growth.☕ The journey of entrepreneurship is unique for everyone.Links to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... ☕ Steve Sims Podcast https://www.stevedsims.com/podcast/☕ Go for Stupid by Steve Sims Buy the Book☕ Bluefishing by Steve Sims Buy the BookLinks to connect with me... It’s Not You, It’s Them
Send us Fan MailIn this episode of The Solo Grind, I’m sharing some real talk about something every solo entrepreneur faces: rejection. It’s never fun, but it’s also not always personal. Sometimes it’s truly not about you at all.I’m walking you through the reasons clients might say no (or disappear altogether), how to handle it with confidence, and why staying rooted in a long-game mindset matters more than any quick win. You’ll hear how I navigate ghosting, stalled timelines, and those “not right now” responses, and how I turn those moments into future opportunities. If you’ve ever felt discouraged by the quiet seasons or took a no as a sign you’re doing something wrong, I’m here to remind you... you’re doing better than you think, and the right people will find you. What I hope you take away from this episode:☕ Sometimes a rejection is about the client, not you.☕ Charge your worth and don't lower your prices.☕ Building a business is a long-term commitment.☕ A 'no' can provide clarity and direction.☕ Use quiet times to refine your business approach.☕ Trust in your unique value and the abundance of opportunities.Links to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... ☕ Solo Grind Central - My FREE resource library https://caffeinecreative.io/solo-grind-central/Links to connect with me... Marketing Solo
Send us Fan MailIn this episode of The Solo Grind, I’m talking about the reality of marketing as a solo entrepreneur—when it’s just you wearing all the hats and trying to figure out what actually works. I share why so much of the advice out there doesn’t fit when you don’t have a full team or unlimited time, and how to start building a marketing plan that feels doable and aligned with how you naturally communicate. We’ll also look at why those “overnight success” promises usually fall flat—and what to focus on instead. Grab your favorite podcast sipper and let’s get clear, get honest, and create something sustainable. What I hope you take away from this episode: ☕ Marketing advice is often not geared towards solo entrepreneurs.☕ You need to know where your audience is before marketing.☕ Understanding your audience's needs is crucial for effective marketing.☕ Confidence in communication is key.☕ Marketing requires consistency and patience for success.☕ Avoid quick-fix marketing solutions that promise unrealistic results.☕ Building relationships is essential for solo entrepreneurs.Links to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... ☕ Solo Grind Central - My FREE resource library https://caffeinecreative.io/solo-grind-central/Links to connect with me... What to Do When Writing Isn't Your Thing (But Your Business Needs It)
Send us Fan MailNot sure whether to DIY your website copy, use AI, buy a template, or hire a pro? In this episode of The Solo Grind, I’m breaking down the pros and cons of each option—from affordable tools to done-for-you services—and sharing how I’ve personally used them in my business. This isn’t about what’s “right” or “wrong.” It’s about helping you find what works best for you and where you’re at in your solo journey. What I hope you take away from this episode: ☕ There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to copywriting support☕ AI is a great tool—but it doesn’t replace your voice or strategy☕ Templates can be helpful, but they require customization☕ Professional copywriters bring confidence, strategy, and polish—but they still need your input☕ Know what you’re trying to achieve and choose the option that matches your time, budget, and goalsLinks to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... ☕ Solo Grind Central: Captions Café – My Free resource library☕ AI tools I use: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Jasper☕ Where to find templates: Etsy, Ivory Mix, Creative Market☕ Platforms to find copywriters: Upwork, LinkedIn☕ Copywriter mentioned: Emily Aborn – emilyaborn.comLinks to connect with me... Knowledge Is Power—Until It Isn't
Send us Fan MailWe’re told knowledge is power—but when does it stop helping and start holding us back?In this final episode of Season 2, I’m talking about how easy it is to let metrics, data, and outside opinions override our own inner wisdom. Whether it’s business numbers, expert advice, or progress trackers—we can get so caught up in trying to prove our success that we stop trusting what we already know. This one’s a real talk moment for every solo entrepreneur who’s ever felt like they aren't measuring up. Because success isn’t always in the stats—it’s in the energy you bring, the choices you make, and the way you keep showing up.What I hope you take away from this episode: ☕ Knowledge is power… until it starts getting in the way.☕ You are more than your metrics - look at the whole picture☕ Every small win counts—even if no one else sees it.☕ You already know more than you think. Trust that.☕ Progress shows up in more ways than your dashboard can track.Links to the cool stuff mentioned in this episode... ☕ Earlier episode: Stop Chasing Numbers: Discover the Metrics That Actually Grow Your Business☕ Journal Questions: What tool or expert am I relying on to validate what I already know deep within? What does my inner guidance—my intuition—tell me that I’ve been ignoring?Where am I holding myself back because I’m waiting for proof?Links to connect with me...
