The StateChange Podcast brings real human stories of personal resilience & transformation to life through conversations with people from all walks of life who have faced extraordinary adversity, trauma, loss, or emotional struggle, and found their way through to the other side.Each episode features conversations between guests & podcast host Shauna Hill, a career trauma therapist & resilience science expert who shares her own harrowing journey through a rare cancer & neurosurgery as a single working mom in Episode 1. Guests share their "state change stories" and reflect on how they found their way through the most overwhelming experiences of their lives, exploring with Shauna the elements of their personal resilience: What helped? What created change or healing? What made the most difference?
