Season 1 of "The Talk with (Almost) PhD Ambi" explores all the different facets of identity. While exploring identity (i.e., self-identity, identity in childhood), psychological skills will be provided to assist the everyday person in their daily walks of life. Whether it is in your intimate relationship, friendships, with your children, at work, school, or just searching within, these are the difficult "talks" to start having and ways to make them easier for everyone!

First, she introduces herself, being born and raised in Bronx, NY, graduating from the #1 HBCU Spelman College, and graduating with her masters of science in education from the University of Miami. This young scholar takes you on a journey of some of her accomplishments in the field of psychology, what she is currently doing, and what she plans to do in the future.
