Opinions? I have many. But at some point you simply have to listen to experts and the people doing the work.

A message that rings true all the time.

Before the end, there is a burst of energy, one last push to try to hold on. But it’s fleeting. And for the conservative movement, it is about to go supernova.

I should make this my ongoing mantra. Doing the right thing is still a thing.

Have we had a fling? Can we move away from the shiny, attention-grabbing light? There’s a world to make better, together.

If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that we must look forward and use this moment in time to bring about the change we all know would make everyone happier.

Good mental health prevents substance use, eschews helplessness, and is the bedrock of having a chance to thrive in our world. We must challenge ourselves and our institutions to do more.
