The Vault UK
Another Vault site will soon be established in the United Kingdom at the LTBS Centre in Ahoghill, Northern Ireland. This will become our 4th Vault site, but this site in particular will play a critical role in the overall Vault Network as the only full replica of our primary Vault HQ. Placing a full Vault replica in the UK together with a trusted partner like LTBS is a key part of ensuring that the preaching preserved on SermonAudio remains protected, accessible, and resilient well into the future. Broken Hearts
I don't often do videos like this, but today I need to speak personally. We are requesting prayer. My wife and I have six children. Three of them have congenital heart defects and we are now facing a possible heart transplant far sooner than any of us expected. We are asking for prayer. Prayer that our family would be upheld by God's grace. Prayer that both Martin and Morgan would have strength. Prayer that the Lord will give wisdom to doctors. And prayer that if it be His will, that the Lord would delay a transplant. And if not, that the Lord would be very close to us every step of the way as He has in the past.

Foundations Tour of Scotland
What is the motivation behind the Foundations Tour of Scotland? It was born out of a friendship, but designed to be a blessing. Learn how Scotland, a land that has already given the world so much through faithful preaching, is being used once again to bless the nations. If you were to visit Scotland only once, and if you have enjoyed the ministry of SermonAudio, I would personally like to invite you to join us on the Foundations Tour of Scotland. FILM: The Story of SermonAudio
Discover the remarkable journey of how SermonAudio began with a young boy in the 1980s who fell asleep each night listening to cassette tapes of preaching—a simple beginning that would, by God's providence, grow into a global platform reaching millions. This film captures the vision, challenges, and moments of faith that shaped the mission: the preservation and propagation of preaching. Along the way came many trials and turning points, closed doors that became new directions, cyberattacks that threatened to undo the work, and seasons of deep discouragement met by unmistakable provision. From unexpected gifts that made The Vault possible to the surprising arrival of advanced hardware and expertise at just the right time, the story is filled with evidence of divine help at every step. This is not the story of a website but of a work far greater. The story is a testimony to the faithfulness of God who has ensured that the voice of preaching will not be silenced, and that its witness will reach the nations until the end of the age. Launching Global Sermons
We have officially launched Global Sermons with 46 languages—an entirely new service for our broadcasters on SermonAudio that facilitates translating sermons from any language into any other language using the latest in Artificial Intelligence technology. In this video, we take a very high-level overview of how Global Sermons works and the kind of safeguards we have implemented to achieve the highest levels of quality control in translation. The real beauty of Global Sermons is that translations can go from any language to any language. So that a sermon preached in Spanish could be enjoyed by a man in China, or a sermon preached in Telugu could be enjoyed by a man in France. It's an incredible time to be alive. These 25 Years
A big VLOG update as we approach the end of the year. This past November 7, 2025 we took a historic step in cutting the cord with the cloud. We still have more to do, but the critical infrastructure has been successfully moved to The Vault. It's our Indendepence Day and it will make it all the more difficult for outside influences to cancel preaching. We are also approaching the end of our 2025 Gospel of John campaign of 12 cities in 12 months. We will have reached 120,000 homes in total when we come to the year-end. For the final year, we are mailing 10,000 booklets to Starbase, TX. In that connection, we have published an open letter to Elon Musk, a self-proclaimed truth-seeker, with an invitation to Jesus Christ, the way the truth, and the life. More GPUs have been acquired to build out Vault AI as we find ourselves increasing the workload in-house with artificial intelligence. It is used for Global Sermons, Smart Edit, transcription, formatting, and more. We value your support in this regard. We have also launched our newly-minted Broadcaster Dashboard that brings a completely re-written interface for churches to manage their content. Mobile-friendly, dark-mode, support for Canada, British Isles, and faster than ever! Finally, we invite you to take a look at our book and upcoming film, The Story of SermonAudio, as we trace God's good hand of providence in leading us these 25 years to where we are today. The story is not really about SermonAudio, but about God and His ability to use the weak to confound the mighty. www.sermonaudiostory.com Support us here: sermonaudio.com/vault

O! Canada
We are building our next Vault site in Canada. The cluster is online and operational, but it's just the first step. Next step will be to install a fully replicated copy of the sermon library in this new Canadian location. WHY ARE WE DOING THIS? First, we believe in preaching. Second, we believe we need to protect preaching. Third, the enemy's weapon of choice is deception to keep the nations in darkness. Fourth, our weapon is the propagation of truth via sound preaching. Fifth, we must pray and keep our powder dry. In other words, we need to protect preaching — at all cost. REDUNDANCY. REDUNDANCY. REDUNDANCY. We repeat ourselves in order to be heard. Aristotle once observed, "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." The Bible of course has a lot to say about repetition — or reminders. "This do in remembrance of me." 1 Cor 11:24. The name of the game with datacenters is redundancy. This is why we are in Canada — arctic-grade storage for the permanent preservation of sound preaching! Support us here: sermonaudio.com/vault

Let's Talk About AI
Artificial Intelligence is all the rage and with such a powerful tool come strong benefits and risks. In this VLOG we take a closer look at AI and seek to dispel some of the mysteries that surround it. We also make application with another AI found in the Bible, in the book of Joshua, and seek to learn the lesson of prayerfulness and dependence on God despite the "superpower status" that AI tools may promise to give us. The House of John Knox
We visited the house of John Knox to celebrate something historic. The complete works of John Knox are available for the first time in the audiobook format! Everyone knows the name John Knox, but has anyone actually listened to his sermons? We are giving voice to these great treasures, and they can now be freely heard for the first time since the days of Knox himself. We need a recovery of powerful preaching. In the words of Knox himself, the church is the stomach of the nation. It is where all ailments and diseases begin—spreading throughout the body. Fix the pulpit, and you'll fix the nation. Spring Update 2025
This VLOG takes us through some of the development progress for both software and hardware with The Vault. We are finally able to see what Global Sermons will look like for the end-user. Webcasting is getting a massive architectural overhaul. We're expanding our primary storage. And key improvement has been made to our video-on-demand system. A final word is included on the importance of keeping our focus and remembering the REASON why we go through the trouble of building infrastructure. It is about the payload -- the preached word. What Is Truth?
We're living in a world that is sinking in disinformation, deepfakes, and outright deception. We cannot tell what is true and what is artificial anymore. In the midst of this sea of lies, it seems that more than ever there is a desire to find that which is true. In an interview, Elon Musk said: "I care a lot about the truth of things and trying to understand the truth of things. I think that's important. If you're going to come up with some solution, then the truth is really, really important." People today are asking the same question that a Roman governor once asked over 2,000 years ago, "What is truth?" Jesus Christ declared in John 14:6, "I AM THE WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE, no man cometh unto the Father but by me." We have re-launched our Gospel of John Project for 2025 in partnership with the Trinitarian Bible Society and are seeking to reach 12 cities in 12 months. Each month we will mail out an attractive Gospel of John booklet to at least 10,000 homes -- until we reach 120,000 homes by the end of the year. Walking on Water
As we close out 2024, we reflect on a big year of advances and changes. In many ways, it feels as though we've been walking on water for the past 24 years, endeavoring to keep our eyes on the Lord. What we are doing, humanly speaking, is impossible for a company of our size. Yet, as we continue to move forward and walk on the waters of impossibility, my prayer is that we will not, like Peter, be overtaken by the fear of unbelief, or should I say, disbelief that we could or even should have as our goal something as audacious as "every sermon in every language." If we're serious about this objective, it will require of us to get out of our comfort zone, get out of the boat, and take the necessary steps of faith to be where the Lord is in His mission throughout the world. Build-A-Vault
Build-A-Vault is a fun little side project that we've been working on that allows you to purchase and build a miniature replica of The Vault using real LEGO pieces. All proceeds support the Durand missionary family in Chile. The set was designed by their eldest daughter, Geneva Durand. With only 100 sets available and no current plans for additional production, this is a truly special limited edition. We hope this Build-A-Vault will be a lasting and enjoyable display piece and serve as a reminder to pray for us as we work toward building The Vault in real life. More than just a source of fun and games, The Vault represents our serious commitment to building our own private infrastructure to preserve and propagate sound preaching for posterity. The Vault Network
In the world of computers, it is never a good situation to have a single point of failure, or a single copy of data. Having three of something—often referred to as "N+2 redundancy"—especially in different geographic locations, is considered ideal for truly redundant and highly reliable systems. However, the Bible talks a lot about the "four corners of the world" and it has long been our desire to reach those four corners, both figuratively and physically, with the preaching of the Gospel. By establishing a Vault Network across four geographic locations worldwide, we will achieve the strongest fault tolerance by maintaining multiple full copies of the entire sermon library with distributed load. It is the ultimate protection measure that will ensure the long survival of this treasure far into the future. **The Vault Site:** https://www.sermonaudio.com/vault

LAUNCH DAY!
After years of putting together mockups and designs, and after years of going from concept to code, we have finally removed the Beta label off our site and have launched this massive rewrite as our primary website for SermonAudio! A solid foundation has been laid for the future. The new SermonAudio website is much more than a fresh coat of paint. It takes loads of technology to make it all work—a fresh new design language, a rewritten client-side framework, a corresponding server-side framework, a rewritten API layer, the database, and plenty of caching to keep things running smooth. The entire architecture for the new site is foundationally different from the existing website. It was necessary to do so in order to get off of legacy back-end systems and embrace the newer development tools that today's developers are using. We have been hard at work building out the physical infrastructure needed to guarantee the protection of our expanding library of almost 3 million sermons. However, The Vault is much more than just 3 petabytes of raw storage. It's an active computing cluster of 2,500 CPU cores and 8TB of high-speed RAM which allows us to have the horsepower needed to run the new resource-hungry website and scale as traffic increases into the future. **Launch Day Announcement:** https://www.sermonaudio.com/news/launch **The Vault Site:** https://www.sermonaudio.com/vault

AI: Audiobook Initiative
The Audiobook Initiative by SermonAudio utilizes voice-cloning technology to make available an extensive collection of historic sermons, books, and written works from renowned preachers of the past into easily accessible audiobook formats. For the first time ever, the entire works of C. H. Spurgeon, John Bunyan, and many others will freely be made available for listening as they are finished. **Audiobooks of C. H. AI covers a broad spectrum of industries and applications but here at SermonAudio we are using it in some very specific ways as an acceleration tool like the printing press of the 1440s. What would take multiple lifetimes to accomplish can be done at a fraction of the time with these new tools. We believe that AI will aid in unlocking some of the greatest treasures of Bible preaching and teaching to the nations. The Audiobook Initiative is giving voice to Christian classics, and it will be our gift to the world. "He being dead yet speaketh." (Hebrews 11:4)

A Wedding Day
I want to take the opportunity in this VLOG to celebrate the marriage of our daughter on May 7, 2024. The Day the Sun Stood Still
On April 8, 2024, North America witnessed a rare solar eclipse, a dramatic spectacle not to be repeated for another 20 years. This solar event reminds us of the day the sun stood still for Joshua allowing him to have more time to finish the job. Similarly, we are praying for more time to climb the mountain ahead of us and reach the summit of GLOBAL SERMONS as we continue the arduous task of building out the infrastructure of THE VAULT on the campus of BJU. This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations, and then the end shall come. Lord, we need more time. That is our prayer. H100 GPU Is Here
We recently received an incredibly important piece of equipment in The Vault. It is the H100 supercomputer -- the most powerful GPU on the planet. With this, we will be taking our first serious step towards GLOBAL SERMONS where we will use AI tools to take sermons preached in English and have them "re-preached" into multiple languages. When the Lord told Joshua to go over Jordan and enter into the promised land, Joshua didn't ask, "How?" He didn't question the Lord. He didn't doubt the Lord. The command was given and faith informed Joshua, and according to his faith it was done to him. The Lord has given us a statement of fact in Matthew 24:14. "This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations." We could stop and ask the Lord, "How?" But faith informs us that with this verse in our eye, we will take a step forward. Support our mission: www.sermonaudio.com/vault

Review & Recap of 2023
As we reflect upon 2023, there is a lot that could be said. This is the year that Artificial Intelligence took center stage. It is the year that we utilized some of these AI tools to launch the Audiobook Initiative, giving voice to Christian classics, as well as to transcribe every sermon uploaded. With your generous support, this is the year that we made some giant advances with The Vault infrastructure, protecting our ability to broadcast sound preaching. This is the year that we formed an exclusive partnership with Samaritan Ministries in providing wonderful benefits to our growing family of broadcasters worldwide. It is also the year that we returned to NYC to host our sixth Foundations Conference and launched our beautiful Foundations Psalter. This all happened in 2023, and so much more. 0:18 - Beta website 0:33 - Cornerstone Payment Systems 0:44 - Translator Tool 0:50 - The Vault Pipeline 1:02 - API Framework 1:10 - Artificial Intelligence 1:18 - Audiobook Initiative 1:23 - Auto Sermon Transcription 1:30 - Foundations Conference 1:40 - Jeremiah Lanphier 1:45 - Foundations Psalter 1:51 - Pearl Mountain Coffee 1:54 - Technology Lecture Series 2:00 - Amicus Ecclesiae 2:03 - Samaritan Ministries 2:15 - 1000 Days of United Prayer 2:30 - Every sermon in every language But as we look forward to 2024, there is even more that we desire to claim for the kingdom. We hope to release the beta website into production. We hope to develop an entirely new and improved mobile app experience. And we hope to make 2024 the year of GLOBAL SERMONS, where sermons can easily and affordably be "re-preached" in multiple languages. Support our mission: www.sermonaudio.com/vault

My Tribute to Clarence Sexton
Dr. Clarence Sexton went home to be with the Lord on December 12, 2023. My mind went to Psalm 116 upon hearing of his death. He was a great personal encouragement to me, and I trust this compilation of sermon clips will continue to be a source of encouragement to all who hear for many years to come.

Foundations Psalter
I had the immense privilege of visiting the land of Scotland. I enjoyed visiting historical sites, worshipping with the saints, and even praying with one of the last surviving eyewitnesses of the 1950 Isle of Lewis revival. But there was one aspect of the trip that caught my attention. There was something particularly edifying about how the Scottish churches sang the psalms. According to Psalm 19:7-9, God's Word is perfect, sure, right, pure, clean, and true. If this is the case, no human author can outwrite it, outshine it, excel it, or improve upon it. It's already perfect, and purified seven times (Psalm 12:6). God has given us a divinely-inspired songbook that is meant to be sung through the ages. It unfortunate that many churches have no place for the Psalms in their worship at all. It is for this reason that we embarked on this project to produce one of the most deluxe and affordable renditions of the universally accepted 1650 Scottish Psalter in the hopes that it will appeal to churches far outside any single denomination. The 1650 Scottish Psalter is crafted with scholarship and devotion by some of the most godly men at the time. It is a GIFT to the English-speaking church and should be embraced as such. It is our desire to reintroduce this treasure of Scripture-based praise back into the worship of God among His people. **Visit the companion site:** https://www.foundationspsalter.com **Purchase your copy:** https://store.sermonaudio.com/products/foundations-psalter *Special thanks to Sean McDonald for his meticulous editing assistance with this project.*

What Is United Prayer?
**It's a Joint Resolution of United Prayer.** We are a dedicated and earnest group of individuals of all ages from around the world that meet for an hour each day (M-F @ 12pm ET) over Zoom to pray. It is a traditional prayer meeting that begins with a brief 10-min meditation followed by corporate prayer by all participants as time allows. This prayer meeting found its inspiration from the publication of "An Humble Attempt" written by Jonathan Edwards in 1748. Its design is to encourage God's people in the duty of united extraordinary prayer; setting aside some time to pray for the revival of His church and the advancement of Christ's kingdom in our homes, in our churches, in our nation, and in the world. In this short video, some of the participants of United Prayer share what this prayer call means to them in their own words. As much as we are thankful for the blessings of this call, it is a daily burden to keep the fires burning in our own hearts. **Learn more here:** www.sermonaudio.com/unitedprayer **Get the book:** www.sermonaudio.com/cfp

The Sin of Engineers
As I was reading about the great King Hezekiah in 2 Chronicles 32, it occurred to me that for all of the good and great things he accomplished in his life, he was an engineer at heart. In one short verse (30) we read that Hezekiah constructed a tunnel to bring water from the Gihon Springs down to the Pool of Siloam in Jerusalem. Sounds simple -- but it was actually something of an ancient engineering marvel as it must have taken some serious math and technical skill to have workers dig from opposite ends of the tunnel only to meet perfectly in the middle while maintaining a precise 0.6% grade all the way from beginning to end. This tunnel still exists today. It's little wonder that the princes of Babylon sent to "inquire of the wonder that was done in the land," and that Hezekiah's heart was, as a result, lifted up in pride toward the end of his life. As I think of Hezekiah the engineer, I am reminded of the ever present danger of falling into the same trap of pride amidst all of our technical achievements. I believe it to be the besetting sin of engineers in general. There can be such a dependence on our own ingenuity, that we can drift into a mode of self-dependence -- thinking ourselves more highly than we ought to think. The great need of the hour is to maintain a spirit of GRATITUDE and HUMILITY amidst all of our advances. **Learn about The Vault:** www.sermonaudio.com/vault

First Love
I had a bit of nostalgia as I went through some old family videos. As I saw my wife in those videos, it made me think of "first love" and how we all need to return to it. "Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love." Revelation 2:4. As we get busier and busier with life, it is entirely possible to leave our first love. Do you remember a time in your life when you enjoyed the Lord in a "first love" kind of way? What changed? Who changed? The Lord doesn't change. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If anyone has changed, it is us. And the Lord is always the one who bids us return to Him. He is the one that stands at the door and knocks. He wants anyone -- anyone! -- to open the door so that He can come in and, "sup with him, and he with me." Isn't that incredible that the LORD wants to fellowship with us? Friends, I want you to consider your first love today. When we pray for revival, we're simply praying for a restoration of the joy of the Lord -- which is our first love. Let's get back there. The Foundations Conference NYC
The Foundations Conference is coming back to New York City this coming December 12-13, 2023. Our desire is to refresh and equip church leaders with powerful preaching, united prayer, and God-honoring praise. We're serious about powerful preaching, which is why we always seek to assemble a unique blend of strong preachers from various circles. We're serious about united prayer, which is why we put a heavy emphasis on encouraging one another in this oft-neglected discipline. And for this year, we will have the joy of singing some well-beloved psalms in God-honoring praise. In an increasingly divided world, let us gather around these foundations of ministry and enjoy a season of fellowship, refreshment, and unity. We're late, but let's do this: www.thefoundationsconference.com

Global Sermons in Africa
This past week I had the opportunity to try out a GLOBAL SERMON in a very remote part of the world -- East Africa. I was able to record the reaction of the local Kenyans on video. It's priceless. The impact and significance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is profound and is taking the world by storm. It might be fair to say that AI could be the most transformative technology since the invention of the Internet itself. It is our belief that a powerful tool of this magnitude must be employed for the kingdom of God and the Gospel. In our labs, we have successfully proven the concept of what we are calling "Global Sermons" where we can take any sermon preached in English and have it "re-preached" in multiple languages like French, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese. Because AI tools are fundamentally designed to handle large amounts of computationally intensive language models, we can achieve a high-level of accuracy and natural-sounding voice that has never before been possible. We believe that this is our moment. The Vault Milestone
In this VLOG, we take the time to celebrate a very important milestone to us. After an initial failed attempt, we have finally been able to launch the biggest and most critical piece of infrastructure called THE PIPELINE into THE VAULT successfully. We thank God! It also happens to be our one-year anniversary of being on the campus of Bob Jones University. We take some time in this video to reflect on the miracle of how God brought it all together and we give all glory to God. Global Sermons
The impact and significance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is profound and is taking the world by storm. It might be fair to say that AI could be the most transformative technology since the invention of the Internet itself. With any revolutionary technology, there are pros and cons that could be argued as to its use. However, it is our belief that a powerful tool of this magnitude must be employed for the kingdom of God and the Gospel. We have successfully proven our "Global Sermons" concept, which allows us to take any sermon originally preached in English and have it "re-preached" in multiple languages—such as French, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese. Because AI tools are fundamentally designed to handle large amounts of computationally intensive language models, we can achieve a high-level of accuracy and natural-sounding voice that has never before been possible. Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly
On April 20, 2023, Elon Musk launched the most powerful rocket ever built called the Starship. 4 minutes into the launch it experienced a "rapid unscheduled disassembly," according to SpaceX. In other words, it blew up. We had a launch of our own on April 30, 2023. We launched a major piece of infrastructure in The Vault called THE PIPELINE and observed how it was able to handle the full load of Sunday traffic. In similar fashion, what began well ended in a "rapid unscheduled disassembly." This VLOG examines some lessons learned from this initial launch attempt. The Lord is looking for fruit in our lives. And the most important fruit is not a successful launch, but a right response. Help us FILL THE RACKS: web.sermonaudio.com/sermons/9422123121966 Learn about The Vault: www.sermonaudio.com/vault

The Interns of SermonAudio
For this VLOG, we put some focus on our fantastic interns from the Bob Jones University Computer Science Department! Part of our strategy with The Vault is to be in proximity to talented young developers that can benefit from the experience of working with our seasoned developers while enjoying the satisfaction of using their technical skills for the kingdom. What I didn't get to mention in the video is that the RESULT of such an effort was that the fear of God fell upon the surrounding kingdoms. I find that fascinating because the teaching was directed to the cities of Judah. I take that to mean that when the whole counsel of God's Word is faithfully declared to God's own people, the effects will be felt on even the surrounding heathen lands. Over the centuries, as the "book of the law of the Lord" has gone into darkened nations, they have consistently been transformed. This is our prayer as we continue to broadcast faithful preaching all around the world -- that God's Word will not return void. 1 Petabyte
We have finally reached our goal of a PETABYTE of raw storage as we continue to build out the hardware of The Vault infrastructure. One petabyte translates into one thousand terabytes. This will be enough storage to hold the 2M+ audio and video sermons found on our site while allowing for years of future growth. For every audio sermon, we create 3 separate files (high quality, low quality, and archive quality). For every video sermon, we create 3 separate files (1080p quality, 720p quality, 360p quality). In addition, every video has an MP3 automatically generated from it, with the corresponding 3 files. Sermons take up a lot of space and laying the foundation for dependable, scalable storage is key. Through the sacrificial generosity of our wonderful family, friends, and supporters, we have been able to finalize the purchase of all hard drives and storage arrays needed to reach one petabyte of raw storage. However, we still have some ways to go in order to get everything set up just right. It's a complicated business and we covet your support and prayers. Back to the Basics
With this VLOG, we go back to the basics. I wanted a little variety, so I shot parts of the video in various locations around the campus of Bob Jones University where The Vault & SermonAudio now find their headquarters. We answer the question of WHAT is SermonAudio. WHY SermonAudio. And HOW does one broadcast with us. We would be honored if your church would consider partnering with us. Our passion is great preaching, and we are seeking to reach fully operational status of THE VAULT infrastructure in order to preserve sound preaching for posterity. Help us FILL THE RACKS: www.sermonaudio.com/vault Amicus Ecclesiae is a non-profit organization that has been established to provide assistance to churches and ministries that are wishing to broadcast their sermons online but are financially unable to do so. Although not limited to SermonAudio, we are thankful to partner with them. Amicus Ecclesiae: https://www.amicusecclesiae.org If you are an aspiring Computer Science student, we would encourage you to consider studying at BJU. Although we are an independent company, our entire development team is now stationed on campus and work with student interns throughout the school year. BJU CS Department: https://cs.bju.edu

The Battle Before and Behind
We begin 2023 with a mega-update VLOG to bring you up to speed on everything that has happened since The Foundations Conference 2022. Although we are still working hard to FILL THE RACKS, The Vault has now officially been opened. We're working with new interns from the BJU Computer Science Department and are grateful for their help. A major push is being made into additional native languages for our apps and website. We hit DAY 700 of our Daily United Prayer. An interesting detail is given about King Abijah in 2 Chronicles 13 when he was met with the battle before and behind. He responded by crying out to the Lord and giving a shout -- basically, prayer and praise. We often begin praising God only *after* deliverance comes. But Abijah instructed the armies of Judah to sound the trumpets and give a shout even when they were surrounded and facing imminent destruction. It was only as they praised that God sent deliverance. May this be our response as well when we are in squeezing situations. A Man Called 'Help'
This video was approved for publication by the family. I recently visited a long-time friend in the hospital who would only have a few short hours to live. He was one who showed kindness and help to me as a young man over 30 years ago. After visiting with him, my memory was flooded with scenes of how my life was during that period -- before marriage, and before SermonAudio. One of my pet projects at the time was producing an unabridged audio drama for Pilgrim's Progress. Ralph Anderson actually played the part of the character 'Help' which he embodied perfectly. This gave me pause to consider the tremendous help we have been receiving from friends and family who supported us in our latest effort to construct The Vault. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. A Table of Prayer
It took an entire crew of staff and volunteers to carefully carry this beautiful yet beast of a 12-foot, 300-pound conference table into THE VAULT on the campus of BJU. Hats off to master craftsman, John Fulton of SUMMIT DESIGN, who designed and built this solid BLACK WALNUT masterpiece. It is a very important table to us not just because we need a place around which we can meet and talk about the work that we do. But it is our hope and prayer that around this table God's people will gather together to pray. Acts 6:4 reads, "We will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word." The business of THE VAULT is to protect our ability to perpetually broadcast the Good Seed of the Word all over the world. But it is also our desire to invite students and visitors to gather with us each day to pray for the revival of the church and the advancement of Christ's kingdom on the earth. In All the World
WHAT IS THE VAULT? In a word, we want to protect our ability to propagate sound preaching all over the world. But why is preaching so ineffective in our day? As we learn from Ezekiel's vision of the valley of dry bones, we must not only prophesy to the bones, but also speak to the wind. Preaching is not enough. There must also be earnest prayer. One of the most important features we have at The Vault is a large display that shows where people are listening to sermons all over the world in real-time. This gospel of the kingdom is being preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations. Although we are still trying to raise the funds needed to fill the entirety of the server racks, The Foundations Conference in December 8-9 will mark the official opening of The Vault. We hope you will be able to pray with us and rejoice with us. Help us FILL THE RACKS: www.sermonaudio.com/vault Register for the conference: www.thefoundationsconference.com

First Sermons
These were some of the first sermons uploaded to SermonAudio on Monday, May 1, 2000. At that time, the magnetic cassette tape was the dominant medium for distributing recorded sermons. Over the years, the methods of recording, distributing and listening have gone though many changes but the message still remains the same. SermonAudio has embarked on an ambitious project to protect and preserve sound preaching for posterity. Prayerfully consider how you can assist us in this effort. Fill the Racks @ The Vault
This video helps explain everything about The Vault project. Please share it with your church and consider supporting us in this effort. We must work together to fill these racks. We have laid the foundation and are now ready to fill these racks to the hilt with all the servers, switches, and storage arrays necessary to operate SA independently from Big Tech. I want you to understand just how miraculous this is. In an age of virtual machines and remote everything, these are real bare metal servers that we're setting up. This is what it takes to protect sermons in this CANCEL CULTURE age. Help us FILL THE RACKS: www.sermonaudio.com/vault

The First Rack
This past week was pretty historic for us. We finally reached a point in our journey where we were able to setup our first rack in The Vault. We have been given the all-clear to move in and we've not wasted a single minute. We're putting together tables, chairs, and things to fill the wall. But we've also been busy setting up our first batch of servers and storage arrays. It's finally coming along, and we couldn't be more excited. It's an answer to prayer. It is our desire to have an official opening of The Vault at the upcoming Foundations Conference Dec 8-9, 2022 on the campus of Bob Jones University in Greenville SC. This year, we will have another powerful lineup of diverse speakers including, Steven Lawson, Paul Washer, Clarence Sexton, Joel Beeke, Steve Pettit, and John McKnight. In addition, we will be including a special Q&A session involving the following Christian business leaders: + A senior quantitative analyst who was involved as a whistleblower of the Enron scandal. + A successful entrepreneur and one of the largest cattle exporters in the world. + The recently retired President of a leading collegiate marketing firm. + The Owner and Executive Chairman of a premier hotel and resort chain in Scotland. + The Founder and CEO of a national credit card processing company.
