The Wizard's Corner Podcast

I created the Good Foods podcast in March of 2023 but by September of 2024, sadly the store had been taken over by new owners and they decided to go in a different direction. So, if you've been confused by the name of the podcast and the episode's titles, that's why. I ended up transferring all the interviews that I did for that old podcast to my personal one because it would've been a waste to let all the guest’s knowledge to go to waste. If you need to reach out to me for voice over work, podcast editing and/or hosting, please email me at [email protected] you for listening.SS

Dante Ferrigno, creator of the Ferrigno Freedom YT Channel, Lion Diet success story and personal carnivore coach.

---------- Originally Aired on the Good Foods Podcast ----------At the time of this recording, Dante was 51 years old.  When he turned 48 years old in November of 2020, he was in a bad place physically, mentally, and spiritually.  At 6’1” tall and 285 lbs. He was overweight and had high blood pressure for which he was taking lisinopril, hydrochlorothiazide, and one other medication.  He was also on prescription strength Omeprazole for GERD symptoms, testosterone cypionate for low-T, Levocetirizine for severe allergies, and taking a vast number of supplements for better health.  Dante had been trying to eat better by avoiding bread and junk foods as much as he could, but he was falling way short in retrospect. The main issue was with his gut area.  Dante would wake up every morning in a type of pain that he can only describe as piercing pain, and then there was this feeling like it was sucking the life out of him, much like a blackhole captures light.  He also suffered from chronic insomnia, chronic constipation, and a few other aches and pains linked to inflammation.  But just before his birthday he started following Jordan Peterson and his story about his all-meat diet.  Dante credits Peterson’s encouragement in helping him get back on his feet mentally.  Now he’s 100 pounds lighter and taking ZERO medications. I’m sure you’ll enjoy his amazing story.Website ➡️ https://www.ferrignofreedom.comYT  ➡️ https://www.youtube.com/ferrignofreedomRumble ➡️ https://rumble.com/c/FerrignoFreedomOdysee ➡️ https://odysee.com/FerrignoFreedom:4 X ➡️ https://x.com/DanteFerrignoFB ➡️ https://www.facebook.com/danteferrignoFB Business ➡️ https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100091995414177&mibextid=LQQJ4dFB Group ➡️ https://www.facebook.com/share/AHb4EBzymwL4h4Po/?mibextid=K35XfPIG ➡️ https://www.instagram.com/ferrignofreedom/Patreon ➡️ http://www.patreon.com/FerrignoFreedom The Good Foods podcast was created and hosted by Shardan Sandoval in March of 2023 and was active until September of 2024.

Dr. Gordon Crozier best-selling author of Heal Your Cells, Save Your Life

---------- Originally Aired on the Good Foods Podcast ----------I first read Dr. Crozier's first book years ago and you'll hear me mention the opening line of the book on this episode. I had never heard of someone contemplating such drastic action to try to alleviate their pain and suffering.Luckily, Dr. Crozier didn't go that route, and we have his wisdom, expertise, and practice in Florida to be grateful for even considering such an operation. Dr. Crozier is truly someone that took all that pain and fear and transformed it into the next phase of his amazing life. Dr. Crozier takes integrative medicine a step farther by using genetic testing to develop a unique treatment plan for every one of his patients. Genetic testing allows Dr. Crozier to get to the root of illness and disease by examining his patients on a cellular level. Instead of using a cookie cutter approach to treatment, he allows your genes to tell him exactly what your body needs to heal.Dr. Crozier then uses that information to recommend a combination of IV therapies, supplements, nutrition, and other natural therapies. Dr. Crozier has successfully treated a wide array of conditions and diseases, including chronic fatigue, tick-borne disease, parasitic infection, and mold (and other) toxicity. He has also been enormously successful in reducing the symptoms of autism and ADD/ADHD in children. His underlying philosophy is to “optimize the body”. In his spare time, Dr. Crozier joins his wife Michelle as an active member in his local church and as a compassionate caregiver and volunteer in his community.IG ➡️ @drgordoncrozierWebsite ➡️ https://crozierclinic.com/FB ➡️ https://www.facebook.com/DrCrozierYT ➡️https://rb.gy/e8j60uThe Good Foods podcast was created and hosted by Shardan Sandoval in March of 2023 and was active until September of 2024.

    Barbara O'Neill, Naturopathic Doctor.

---------- Originally Aired on the Good Foods Podcast ----------It was an absolute honor to be able to spend this time talking about Barbara’s journey, and why she chose this path and how she started on this journey in the first place. The interesting thing about this entire conversation is that throughout it and throughout her life, she sees the beauty in the body’s ability to heal itself if we only listen. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed created it for you.Barbara O'Neill was born in 1953 in Ingleburn, NSW, Australia, a second child with one older brother and three younger sisters. Her father owned and operated a Shell Service Station at Lugarno, NSW, and Barbara had the misfortune to see her mother die at the young age of 51 from rheumatoid arthritis. Barbara's first work on leaving school was as a hairdresser and some years later trained and worked as a psychiatric nurse at North Ryde Psychiatric Hospital.Barbara’s passionate interest in health knowledge led her to study all that she could and was particularly interested in cause and effect. In the mid 1990’s she obtained a Diploma in Naturopathy, and later in 2005 as a Nutritionist.Barbara’s real healing success springs from the knowledge of the body’s ability to heal itself, and then working ‘with’ the body to achieve the healing response. In addition to her passion for health, Barbara embraced Christianity and became a Seventh-day Adventist at 26 years of age. This put her on a new path to look at the human body in the light that it is not a product of random un-controlled evolution, but that it was intricately designed with all its inbuilt mechanisms to self-heal. Barbara was particularly inspired by the health writings of a 19th-century female writer Ellen G White. After her marriage breakdown in 1993, Barbara put her energies into raising her six children and in 1996 moved to Queensland where she worked at Living Valley Springs Health Retreat as a Naturopath. It was here she renewed an old friendship with the Retreat Business Manager Michael O’Neill, and they were married in October 1997. The following year, Barbara, and her family of now eight children, (Michael had two children), moved to Narbethong, Victoria where they started a health retreat for a non-profit organization. They continued there for nearly six years, and in 2003 relocated to their new property near Bellbrook, NSW.They then started their new venture, Misty Mountain Health Retreat. Over the years Barbara has become a highly sort after health lecturer, as people appreciate her commonsense approach to health problems. Barbara’s lecture series have circulated around the globe via video, DVD and YouTube. They have touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and have brought relief to thousands of suffering individuals as they embrace the simple and powerful laws of health. Barbara’s great passion and life work lies in the educating of people in the correct health principles that lead to longer, healthier, and happier lives.Website ➡️ https://barbara-oneill.mykajabi.com/IG ➡️ www.instagram.com/realbarbaraoneillFB ➡️ www.facebook.com/realbarbaraoneillMisty Mountain Website ➡️https://www.mmh.com.au/Misty Mountain IG ➡️ https://www.instagram.com/mistymountainlifestyleretreatMisty Mountain FB ➡️ https://www.facebook.com/mistymountainlifestyleretreatThe Good Foods podcast was created and hosted by Shardan Sandoval in March of 2023 and was active until September of 2024.

Joe Cross, creator of Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead One and Two.

---------- Originally Aired on the Good Foods Podcast ----------I first was introduced to Joe Cross through his first documentary, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead and it was very instrumental in my own health journey. As fate would have it, years later, I got to interview him for my other podcast, The Wizard's Corner. So, when I reached out to Joe in hopes that he would share his story again with me on this podcast, he agreed, as I knew he would. It's very inspiring when someone takes charge of their own path and takes back their health and that's what you'll find out in this episode.Because of Joe's health journey, he started his own juice revolution company, if I can use that to describe it. Joe and his team created the Nama juicer and I hope you'll enjoy listening to his story, as much as I enjoyed creating this for you.Juice with Joe ➡️ https://www.rebootwithjoe.com/The Good Foods podcast was created and hosted by Shardan Sandoval in March of 2023 and was active until September of 2024.

---------- Originally Aired on the Good Foods Podcast ----------As far back as you can remember, think about how the Sun was referenced by your parents, by the media, by 'almost' everyone that cared to share their opinion about it. You no doubt heard or have heard this expression countless times, "the harmful effects of the sun." Well Dr. Jack Kruse joins me to tell you that what you've been taught, told, and remember, couldn't be further from the truth. Dr. Jack Kruse is the author of the Epi-paleo Rx, the co-Inventor of the Quantlet device. He specializes in spine surgery complex and minimally invasive, peripheral nerve, as well as Age Management medicine and the list goes on and on and on.But what I can also tell you about Dr. Kruse is that he holds no punches and does more than just 'walk the walk and talk the talk', because what you'll quickly discover, if you haven't already figured out on your own is that Dr. Jack backs up what he says with hard science and even harder truths. When you hear Dr. Jack say, "look what I'm doing", he was pointing towards a window behind him, that had the shades drawn and had sunlight pouring in.For the record, Dr. Jack takes no kickbacks from the companies and products listed below, but Lucia eyes does offer a discount code Light20 for those that follow Dr. Kruse. ABOUT THIS SHOW
