Her pioneering leadership — from co-founding Jacksonville’s first referral hotline to serving as the city’s Children’s Liaison — reflects her ongoing commitment to the region. Pam’s work demonstrates the power of service, leadership and lasting impact, inspiring generations of women leaders to follow in her footsteps.Her daughter Pam D. Paul is a philanthropist and community advocate in her own right.
