Becky, a woman in her mid-30s, has just checked herself out of a 72-hour psychiatric hold, refusing to confront the reality of her Dissociative Identity Disorder (D.I.D). Her fractured mind houses three distinct personalities: Megan, a short-fused, arrogant woman; Julie, an insecure gym addict; and Jen, a volatile, hard-drinking feminist. After shoving her meds into a drawer, Becky’s evening spirals into darkness when a Tinder date goes horribly wrong, triggering Megan’s rage and setting off a gruesome killing spree.With each personality seeking vengeance in their own way—Megan’s fury over an insult, Julie’s quiet rage against a gym harasser, and Jen’s aggression toward a predatory AA attendee—Becky’s psyche fractures further as the bodies pile up.
