Jill took a trip down to Fort Collins to learn about all things Commercial Lending! Plus, learn about the new trends in Commercial Lending, qualities of a good lender, and much more! Purple Mountain Recipe: - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries - 3 tbsp sugar - 1/3 cup water - 2 tbsp roughly chopped fresh rosemary - 1 bottle of sparkling grape juice Instructions 1. Simmer blueberries, sugar, water, and rosemary in a small heavy saucepan, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until thickened and reduced (about 10 min) 2. Pour into a very fine sieve and save solids (if desired). Chill syrup until cold. Divide sparkling grape juice among 6 small flutes, then pour 2 tsp syrup into each drink. Gently stir. Garnish with fresh rosemary and blueberries.

Shamrock Shake Recipe: - 2 cups vanilla ice cream - 1 ¼ cups milk - ¼ teaspoon mint extract, or more to taste - 9 drops green food coloring - 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, or to taste - 2 tablespoons whipped cream, or to taste - ½ teaspoon green decorator sugar, or to taste Steps: 1. Gather the ingredients. 2. Blend ice cream, milk, mint extract, and food coloring together in a blender until smooth. 3. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of 2 tall glasses; pour shake into the glasses. Top with whipped cream and green sugar.

Love Potion Recipe:½ cup fresh raspberries, 1 TBSP granulated sugar1 TBSP lemon juice, 1 pint raspberry sherbet or sorbet3 cups sparkling lemonadeSteps: Combine the fresh raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl, and mash them together with a fork until you have a berry puree.Place a generous spoonful of puree at the bottom of 6 glasses. Top with a small scoop of raspberry sherbet, and fill the cups to the brim with sparkling lemonade. Garnish with a few more fresh berries, if desired, then enjoy!

Muddle the cucumber and honey syrup into the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the mango puree and lime juice to the mix, then shake with ice. 2. Pour the liquid into a copper mug for the iconic touch of a Moscow mule. Sprinkle in ginger beer and stir.
