"This is mental" is a non preaching podcast dedicated to all aspects of mental health and the issues surrounding it. Each episode Rich and Gav we'll be interviewing a different guest discussing a mental health topic that is close to their heart. From personal struggles, coping mechanisms, and how it impacts the people they love. Our aim is to educate, open up awareness, and help break the stigma surrounding every aspect of mental health. This has led them to becoming involved with CA (CocaineAnonymous) especially Ricky, who has begun a very worthwhile cause by starting up his own group to help people who suffer or have suffered from any (and all) forms of addictions and how he now wants to help others too.
