Episode 13, Apparently: Everything Falls Apart
The one where we synced up in the phases and fell pretty entirely out of sync otherwise. Does everything takes a back seat to the cycle. We love it here. This is fine. Well, no. But you know what? THIS...will have to do.

Episode 12: Mad About Patriarchy, Glad About Dogs
In this episode, we offer a wide range of feels, including some of the okayest impressions you've ever heard. We each brought something to the table again, and some of it tied together. Will fight for democracy and domestication of pets.

Episode 11: What We All Need Here is a Little Accountability
TBH this might be the grumpiest TWHTD yet. Not one of us was feeling it, but props for showing up and chatting our asses off anyway. THIS is therapy. And, as we always say: THIS will have to do. Over and out until next week.

Episode 10: Big Fans of Human Rights
Expounding on The Void and all of us living in it.

Episode 9: Down Bad (and Down a Sarah)
Join us as we tackle (with varying degrees of success) "the void."

Episode 8: Surthrival in the Demolition of Democracy
Frankly, we're not sure how anyone is doing anything more than surthriving in the face of democracy's ruin. In Episode 8, we explore hope and resilience (or something like it) during what has to be one of the cruelest and nonsensical periods in American history.

Episode 7: Sticked, Stoned, and Broken-Boned
Maybe she’s born with it, maybe it’s years of overcoming self-consciousness and unpacking trauma, learning to manage mental illness, overcoming adversity, and seeking therapy. Is 40 a magic number? There is no correct answer, zero advice, and certainly no one-size-fits-all approach to the art of not giving AF, but we’ve lived to tell our tales.

Episode 6: Let's Get Weird(er)
In Episode 6, we take a deep dive down memory lane to talk about where it all went wrong (only kidding…kind of). If the sound cuts out the last 3 minutes, don’t mind us. Erin only charged the microphones for about 10 minutes each right before we recorded because AdHd. And we are 3/3 on that front, so honestly: we’re f*cked.

Episode 5: Boy, Bye
This week on “This Will Have to Do” we are fresh out of the luteal phase and ready to dig a little deep and laugh a lot hard, apparently. When we say "Boy, Bye," we mean to most men and also the unreasonable expectations we once set for ourselves.Wherever you are, whatever phase (of life or the cycle) you’re in, we hope you’ll join us as we shelve our absurdly high personal standards. Yep. Set yours down right there, bestie. Let it go.

Episode 4: (In)securities in Social Spaces
One of the recurring mentions in our pod has been how we have (mis)managed our expectations for ourselves, too often burdened by our perceived inadequacies to live freely and joyfully in any moment. Why do we stand, ever so firmly, right in our own damn way?

Episode 3: "Good Girl' Syndrome
Join us as we talk about snacks, side quests, pipe-dream pets, and being "good" girls. We would love to hear from some of you out there: What were you praised for most as a kid? (Quiet? Smart? Helpful? Mature? Tall? Compliant?) How did being ‘easy,’ ‘advanced,’ or ‘high-achieving’ become a survival strategy? And, one more question: were you wearing a windsuit?

Episode 2: My First Time
Pull up a chair, and allow us to (re)introduce ourselves, now with far better audio. This week our "Five for the Feels" might give you a few (new to you or not) songs, TV shows, or movies to enjoy. And, above all, we hope you find space at our table for your neurodivergent @$$. There is decidedly so much about any given moment that could have been harder, better, faster, stronger but we decided a long time ago, somewhere between raw-dogging ADHD for life, the depths of despair, the heights of anxiety, and the battles with addiction thatThis Will Have to Do.

Episode 1: This Seemed Like a Good Idea
Hello, you. There was absolutely a moment when at least two of the three of us did not want to be here (and yes, you can probably guess which two). We don’t quite know what we’re doing—yet—but we showed up anyway. And we’re glad you did too. Welcome to the group chat.. What can we say? This seemed like a good idea.
