I wrote the lyrics to this song back in 2012, not too long after Hurricane Sandy devastated my then-neighborhood of Rockaway Park, Queens. It took another 5 years to come up with non-Holiday-sounding instrumentation to accompany the lyrics. The lyrics are done to the theme of the 12 Days Of Christmas song, but the instrumentation is way more electronic and original. My vocals are used (although they are a bit more New York accented than my normal voice). Instrumentation used: Android Music Maker Jam. Produced using Acoustica Mixcraft 6 on October 29, 2017, the 5 year anniversary of when Hurricane Sandy came ashore and devastated coastal New York and New Jersey.
