Time Traveler Tour Guide - George Harrison Interview 1976

This promotional LP was issued in November of 1976 to promote the release of George’s “33 & 1/3” LP. It was designed to be used by radio stations, for press reviews, and general promotional use. As such the audio quality of this interview is excellent. There is no music on it but there are spaces provided between various interview sections for stations to insert commercials and then the songs from the LP.On this LP we hear George discuss "33 1/3" and the various tracks presented as well as the stories behind his inspriation for writing them. George also talks about some of the difficulties he's had regarding his "My Sweet Lord" lawsuit which, at the time of this interview, had recently been resolved.While this entry has been in the BZ database for some time, the quality of the available material was less than what it could have been. There was a bit of vinyl noise as well as a very prevalent "hum" or "buzz" underlying all of the audio. Recently I took it upon myself to transfer thi
